So I chose the second enemy with Earth Element and click Fight. Then a transaction will pop up form metamask, just confirm the Gas Fee to proceed. It usually costs 0.20 usd only per fight. Then this will pop up, indicating if you win or lose the fight. The amount of xp and SKILL you earned in that fight will be indicated, in this example it's 0.042906 SKILL or 6 usd approx. (at the current price of SKILL) Then we just need to repeat this process 7 times a day to earn SKILL and maximize our Stamina. Those cards will be dropped randomly after the Boss Hunt game. This game costs **3 hearts** to enter. Take note that this is very difficult game. Why? Because there are more monsters in each level, as in moooore😆. Here's an overview of the game: Before the game starts, you will be promoted to choose your initial skills, here's what I chose. You may also copy my set of skills for a better leverage in the game. They might be randomized in each game, but I hope you get the point why these are the sets of skills that I use. Initially we can choose 4 skills, in my gameplay I chose this Set to have a higher attack damage and more monsters to be hit at the same time, as I told you, there are more monsters in this mode. And here they are: My Hero was able to withstand those monsters with the skill set that I chose after each Stage. So initially I chose skills for attacks and damage, then after each stage I chose more on Defense Skills that enhances the HP and also Evasion. Then I defeated the Boss in Card Hunt🎉 Then randomly, a card was dropped in addition to gold. Just click it to reveal which card did we get. And here's mine: I got an uncommon card, Jet Trooper. Sadly I didn't get a higher card or rare card, but this is not bad though. The effect of Jet Trooper card is it adds evasion +2. So here's how to equip a card: 1.Go to your Hero menu at the bottom of you screen. 2.Tap on the Cards Menu 3.Select your card, in this example we have a Jet Trooper card 4.Tap on Equip. We can also recycle our cards to obtain Magic Powders, a 100 Magic Powder can be used to draw another card. And now it is equipped in my uncommon headgear. Ready to fight more monsters again. 😆 *ARENA In the ARENA, There are no monsters but only Boss are your enemy in each Floors and we have to defeat each one of them to be able to go to the next Floor. We compete to all the players by having the most Floor Boss defeated and will be ranked according to farthest floor in shortest time. The Arena is open daily from 0:00 to 22:00 (UTC +0) There will be a total of 10 floors only. All the players will only have a **starting HP of 5,000** and **starting Attack of 1,000**. So it will be fair and equal to every player, regardless of how strong our Hero, all the Stats from our equipments, Hero, Cards, and Power are not available. We have to go the farthest floor in the shortest possible time. So here's my experience about the Arena The first to fourth floors are not that difficult stage because I had defeated them in the Chapters 1 to 5. I am familiar with their attacks and how to avoid them. On Floor 5 and 6, there are two Bosses, I also encountered them in earlier Chapters but they are more movable here in Arena. So far I defeated them, I just ran away them throw the attacks from a distance. Then Floor 7, as I expected, the higher the Floor Boss the stronger they are. It is very difficult because of the type of attack of the Boss. I had hard time avoiding them because I am not familiar with its skills and attack type. I got cornered and dealt a critical damage. And then I was defeated by the Boss at Floor 7. So it means I only got Floor 6. Here's my rank in this particular game. In 3 minutes, I was able to finished up to Floor 6 and got the Top 4 among all the players. This is still too early, there is 19 hours left for other players to join and get the spot. **What are the rewards of Arena game?** Here's the list of rewards. Top 1 will get 350 gems and 25 Arcade coin. Because I am on top 4, I will only get 10 Arcade Coin, still its a win for me😊 Conclusion The game is so much fun to play. I honestly got hooked in this game. I also like the two new game modes that has been added. They are quite challenging, But its not that hard to win and earn. So far I can recommend this game for those who wants to play and earn without spending money. You also don't need to play hours and hours just to earn cryptocurrency in this game. You also can't play whole day because of the limited Hearts that is needed to start the game. There is also AFK reward for not playing the game😆, so take some rest too. For example I currently have 480 ARC and the current price of $0.005, my earning valued at $2.40. I didn't grind with this game yet and i just started a few days ago. If the coin will reach at least $0.02 or 1 pesos each, my 480 ARC will valued at $9.60, what more if I gain more ARC as time goes by🤔. This is just my opinion and my vision. They indeed work hard for this project and of course the community increases so fast as time goes by. Let's see if we still can afford those new generation of pets. Season 2: Super Hunger Game, I personally don't have any idea with this event. But it sounds cool and challenging. Will it be like the movie Hunger Games? Or maybe not😆 In-game lending pet, another Play2Earn feature. It probably good for those who can't afford to buy their own pet, so they can borrow from other player and both of them earn from it. Hmmm, familiar huh😅. My Defi Pet: The Beginning Are you fond of having a virtual pet? Most of us comes in a stage wherein we experienced playing tamagotchi (*90's kids, kaway*😆), it's just pure fun those days. Nowadays, there are a lot of apps that offers virtual pet. And in the emergence of Blockchain games, those cute little virtual pets joined the crypto craze. With this, we can now earn and still having fun. Let's take a look of this blockchain game called **My Defi Pet** and you might find an interesting aspect of the game itself. What is My Defi Pet? **My Defi Pet** is basically a virtual pet game integrated with DeFi or decentralized finance. It is operated on Binance Smart Chain and KardiaChain networks. The developers chose this name, My Defi Pet because it encompasses the three main characteristics of this game. "My" for personalisation, "Defi" for decentralized finance features integrated and "Pet" for a pet raising game. Gameplay Basically this game revolves around the gaming activities such as collecting, breeding, evolving, battling with, and trading/socialising for pets. As of now we can buy eggs and feed them. Each cost 3 dpet. After acquiring your eggs, you can feed them to increase it level. Where to buy Defi Pet eggs? First you need a wallet, i use both metamask and trustwallet. Deposit a bnb smartchain in your account. I use binance to send my smartchain into my trust wallet. Once you have bnb smartchain go to your dapps browser and go to pancakeswap to exchange your bnb into dpet token. Take note that each egg costs 3 dpet, so if you are planning to buy more, take this into consideration and also the value of dpet, as of now it costs $2.6 per dpet. Now still using dapps browser, go to **https://mydefipet.com** and click play now. You will be asked to connect your wallet, just follow the instructions afterwards. Wait for the loading page to finish and you will see your base. At first you don't have any eggs, so you can buy by clicking your Incubator. Then you will be prompted to buy an egg for 3 dpet. Just click it and approve the transaction. Tap the egg to crack it and there you go, you have your first Defi Pet. 🎉 How to play? The Battle feature is not yet released, so as of now all we have to do is to collect pets, feed them to increase their level and improve your base by buying cages and building. Let me tour you of our pet's base. **LEVEL-** our level increases as we gain more experience by feeding our pet, harvesting feeds and other activities. As level increases, we gain rewards too. **SILVER COIN-** this coins are used to purchase building, cages and also used to buy or to plant seeds for feeds. It can be claimed in our cage, amount varies with pets and the type of cage. We just tap the coin above the cage to claim it. **GEM-**it can be claim whenever we increases our level. It is used whenever we want to harvest feeds without finishing its time. **CAGE-** this is where we place our pets to produce Silver Coins. Upon creating our account, we have a free level 1 Barbaria Cage, it supports up to 3 pet and has a maximum capacity of 1000 coins. We can also purchase in the shop. The higher the value of the cage, the bigger the silver coin capacity. But the pet capacity will still be three pets per cage. **INCUBATOR-** this is where eggs incubate after we purchase them in the shop and after they bred from Happy Forest. **FARM HOUSE-** this is necessary to grow the plants for our feeds. We can click this once to harvest all the feeds from plots at once. **FARM PLOT -** this is the soil where we plant some seeds and produce feeds for our pets. We have free one plot but we can buy them in the shop using Silver Coins. Here's an example of planting in our Farm Plot. First click the empty farm plot to show different kinds of feeds. The cheapest is the Corn, it produces 10 feeds in 1 minute and costs 50 silver coins only. Tap on Plant and it will automatically purchase that feed and plant it in your plot. Just wait for it to grow mature and then tap the shovel icon in your Farm House or tap the plot individually. How to feed Pets? To feed our pets, just tap on the cage and choose your pet. After choosing your pet, you will be redirected to the feeding page. In my example, my pet reaches its maximum level of 10 thats why the button shows evolve, but if the pet is below level 10,that button shows Feed and the amount of feeds needed. This page also shows the name of our Pet and its stats and skills. There's a lot of exciting feature coming soon for this game. I am excited to play and battle with other players. But for now, I just need to make my pets stronger, also invest and collect more pets. 😉 So for now, here's the end of my mini tour. Let's talk about breeding and other stuff in my next article.
