Went out fishing yesterday at a mark along the Ayrshire coast. It'll be the last day out for a week or two as I've a big job on at work so at least a few fish showed up with a nice dog fish and a flounder.

Been way too busy with work lately so I took some time yesterday to go out with my dogs and my brother with his dog to let them run about and have some fun for a bit. Luckily the weather was decent enough for them to have a splash!
Not often I walk in this part of town and it's the first time I've had a proper look at the small hydro-electric turbine that has been built at the dam on the local river to provide the college (big building on the left) with renewable enegy at a cost of 1 million pounds ffs! While I admire the principle, this is not only an eyesore but the river here barely moves in the summer months!! It will be interesting to see whether the numbers generated by the turbine in the nextβ¦
Managed put for a few hours in fishing last night at sunset. It's the time of year when the sea bass come in which are great eating fish. I caught 2 so looking forward to dinner tonight! π£π£
