i tried upvoting one post with a small amount....I got a message saying that I can't send because RPC something prohibits me... anyone else have had this happening?

what is the RPC interface thing? it was ok about a week ago right? Is it read's way of saying it is slowly stopping?
Not sure I tipped earlier today I think.
I think it has something to do with some upgrade. Let's see if it works as usual again in few hours.
