Ridiculous. Preposterous. Silly. Lots of things that fall under this category stirs laughter for anyone. Out of this world. Unimaginable. Abnormal. Out of norm. Lots of things under this category, however, can stir awe and wonder. Light, regular conversation of silly inputs can fall under those categories above. The two groups are actually interchangeable. Anything ridiculous can either be taken in wonder and awe or in humor. or it can draw a "whaat?" like this one... hehehehe
