How far can beauty standards go?
During this pandemic we all do a lot of exercise and some activity to fit and beutiful like skin whitening and diet.
We all live in times where a lot of people feel UGLY. but in this article i will show you ENTIRELY DIFFERENT NEW WAY OF FEELING BEAUTIFUL.
for the starter many will say that being skinny is so beautiful, but in MAURITANIA skinny girls are considered less beautiful.
MAURITANIA GIRLS
if you think that being skinny is beautiful well thats the difference in MAURITANIA.
their parents feed their daughters lots of carb, calories and sugar . they go as far taking medications to have a fatening camps. where there a lot of foods to eat.
obese women are not just beautiful but they're rich too and they tend to attract more men
But in some are of NEW ZEALAND women have a different way of attracting men by TATTOOING THEY'RE FACES (POST MALONE STYLE). if you think clean faces is beautiful then say it to MAORI WOMEN.
MAORI WOMENS
in new zealand maori womens are tattooed on the lips and chin to be attractive, it is a fashion statement and the fuller your lips and chin are the more beautiful you are.
and thin lips are also not beautiful in some area of ETHIOPIA.
MURSI TRIBE
mursi women feel beautiful when they have a stretched lips, sometimes they go as far as inserting wooden plated.
in this culture having a lip plate means being calm, quiet, hardworking, confident and proud. the larger the lip plate the more beautiful you are
if a stretched lip is beautiful in ethiopia then stretched ears is beautiful in KENYA
MAASAI TRIBE
maasai women are popular in wearing heavy jewelry to stretch their EARLOBES,
a woman's status in this tribe is raise by how large her earlobes are.
now ETHIOPIA for stretched lips and KENYA for stretched earlobes lets go in THAILAND where stretched NECK is the standard of beauty.
KAYAN TRIBE
famous for long necked women who wear brass coils around their neck.
for them beauty lies in a long neck. which is regarded as graceful as a swan. it is a sign of wealth, position and beauty.
DOES ANY OF THIS LOOKS BEAUTIFUL TO YOU?
and the last but not the least and even more unexpected.
in some places around the world, you are beautiful if you have scars. SCARS represent social status, political, religious role, ancestry and beauty.
*I know that this some beauty standards may sound EXTREME but honestly, to them are not. we live in times when too many people feels like they are not beutiful. just because they dont fall into the western beauty standards. but after seeing millions of people around the world find their own ways of being beautiful, I SEE ONE GREAT LESSONS IN ALL OF IT.*
"**YOU CAN'T BE BEAUTIFUL TO EVERYONE, BUT EVERYONE CAN BE BEAUTIFUL"**

Death ⏲️⚰️
imagine you just die now and all your friends and relatives are posting or saying that they will missed you and loved you. where are they when you feel empty and lonely?
if you truly loved someone then show it , say it. dont ignore them. dont let the death be time to say those special words. you'll say i loved you or i will miss you when the person is laying in the coffin? do you think that person can hear you? do you think you can see the emotion of his/her face? he/she can't hug you anymore.
our time in this world is limited, it's either we choose to be happy or lonely, kind or bad we all have the same ending.
so while our time is working here on land, show your affection, love and concerned. cause we never truly measure the important value of life until it was taken away.
FOR ME, i can happily die if i consume my life by giving happiness to other. it's like a feeling of going home from work saying "you did your best today self and now you can have a wonderful sleep with no stress" you know that feeling right? so while we are still alive say i love you to your family show them how important them for you, learn to give, say sorry if you did wrong and learn to forgive, take things easily do not let the pressure fill you in.
life is so short, there is no place for anger. live your life happily. so when your time comes, you have no regrets. you can now tell yourself "YOU DID WELL SELF, IT'S TIME NOW TO RETURN TO YOUR CREATOR"

Love Wins 💞
LOVE STARTS WHEN EXCITEMENT ENDS .
its Like having a thing that you don't appreciate but once it's lost you'll know its worth .
all love begins with excitement , everyday you want to be together , the joyfull feeling s when walking or eating together . the warmth of hug and kisses . but take a time to imagine this . every strength comes with weaknesses , do you think your relationship can handle a small misunderstanding ??
once you loose all that feeling of excitement and joyfullnes hear comes the feeling of being SOMETIMES sick to each other . but here is the good side , you and youre partner choose to stay not because neither of you are afraid to be alone but because your Love grown to be matured , you learned that both of you need time and space , not everytime you need to be together but Love still connecting you both . So it means faithfulness , loyalty and trust are now handling your relationship . you both need time space to grow but not grow alone . grow in different ways to help each other because remember all relationship are not perfect . its up to both of you to make the imperfectly perfect . 🥰🥰

Second love is greater than First love
Why Second Love Is The Real One
Second love teaches you how to love again after you’ve been broken. It teaches you that love still exists, that you’re capable of loving again and loving harder. That you can still have faith in love no matter how much pain your first love caused you. Second love is there to pick up the pieces.
Second love gives you hope. That your fairy tale is still out there. That heartbreak is not the end of the world and that there are better things ahead. It shows you what happens when you move on, when you let go, when you try again and when you never lose hope. Second love shows you the light after the dark.
Second love is braver. It means you know how to forgive, you know how to risk getting hurt again because it’s worth it. It means that you’re prepared for the worst but you’re hoping for the best. Second love makes you stronger.
Second love makes you believe in timing. Why things didn’t work out the first time around, why you fell in love with the wrong person, why you had to get your heartbroken and why someone left you when they promised to love you. It’s here to tell you that there is always a valid reason behind your pain and that loving someone doesn’t always mean they’re right for you. Second love answers all these questions.
Second love makes sense. It’s not based on childhood fantasies or lust or infatuation. It’s not blind or reckless or toxic. It’s not based on unrealistic expectations or sheer obsession. Second love comes after you’ve learned to listen to your gut, to watch for the red flags, to pick someone because they will add value to your life and when you’ve learned to make decisions out of maturity not out of loneliness.
Second love shows you that you can be someone’s first choice and shows you what it really means to be loved.
A Great Reminder to Everyone .
Roald Dahl once said, "I began to realize how important it was to be an enthusiast in life. If you are interested in something, no matter what it is, go at it full speed. Embrace it with both arms, hug it, love it and above all become passionate about it. Lukewarm is no good."
As I've been thinking about this, I also recognize just how important it is that we take that same intensity about life and turn it towards deeply loving ourselves.
Each of us are on a journey to discover who we truly are down to our core. There are a million distractions, diversions and pitfalls on the path that can throw us into a multitude of different situations.
Some will cast you off your course for a moment. Others will take a lifetime to come back from. But if we all follow that deep whisper within our hearts telling us which way to go, we will find our way back home.
The way back isn't through judgement. I remember one of my teachers a few years back saying, "Life is hard enough. Don't make it worse." And that's what judgement does. It makes everything that's already challenging 100x worse.
Loving yourself isn't just about affirmations, slogans and self care activities. It goes far deeper than that. It's about offering yourself things like grace, compassion, kindness in the face of our greatest challenges.
It's about recognizing the toxic language of the inner critic, acknowledging it's existence, silencing it and moving forward in a way that truly serves you. It's about stepping into the deepest wisest version of yourself and letting that voice run the show.
The love we give to others is something incredibly special. Relationships bring so much depth to our lives it's impossible to even describe. People come into our lives and impact us in ways that go far beyond our own understanding. They are even there for us in moments where we feel like we can't continue on.
But nothing will ever be able to replace the relationship you have with yourself. That relationship (and the one with what you believe in) is what will define your entire life. So make sure you're writing the story in a way that you can be proud of.
And be kind, always.
Being gay is ok .
when i was young i know in my self that im gay , my parents gave me a bunch of toys . like soldier , toy gun , remote control car and a robot . but i dont know how to tell them that im different . THAT I DON'T WANT THIS .
when im playing outdoors i prepared to play with girls . playing chinese garter , paper doll , pretending to he in home cooking leaves and nanay at tatay ( a hands game )
but dont know about me , until i hot to highschool . i used make ups like lipstick , eyeshadow , eyeliner and blush on ( the starter pack😂)
one day i accidentally got home wearing my make up in front of my father . He asked "why are wearing make ups??" i just simply replied "there's a competition in school , wherein girls and boys should put make up before performing." hahaha .
but one time my father get drunk and talked to me while asking to have one beer . im nervous! but then he looked at me sincerely asking "are you gay?" then i replied honestly "yes papa im gay." with tears flowing through my face . i didn't expect that this yime would come that i have to face my greatest fears . but my father replied " why you don't tell us earlier ?? son , if there's anyone has to know you, its us. we are your family , you don't have to be afraid . i will loved you the way you are and who you are . you are my son , my blood runs to your body and nothing in this world will change that . I LOVED YOU MY SON" and i become speechless i just hugged him so tight . i knew my mom knew it all along . she just supporting me to what i want , she sometimes scolding me " do you want to wear one of my skirt?" then laugh .
BEING GAY IS NOT A SIN . the sinners are those who judge using their eyes .
BEING GAY IS OK .🥰🥰

They are all still here but I can no longer feel them.
They are all by my side but I always feel alone.
But to everyone in my life,
Is it okay for me to ask?
That I will let them lose their time and attention to me,
but is it okay for me to ask for yours?
At least for a moment.
Even in the long run.
Until I can handle it again,
my life I got used to when you were here even though you hurt me over and over again. 😔💔
