This looks like good news, not just for the USA, but for all fans of crypto. When Bitcoin mining is concentrated in one place, (like China), it skews the potential for ownership of Bitcoins to that place. Geographic diversity, and lack of concentrated ownership of coins in the hands of the top Bitcoin owners, will keep Bitcoin healthy into the future.
