Last day, I was in the same scenario, so I decided to take a break and cool off. And keep going
i have the same feeling too few days ago , what i did is stop and cool my self for a while lol!
Man, when you feel you are losing too much, just stop and come back a couple of hours later. It's preferable to that, instead of keep losing rating. There are high traffic hours, so to speak. I'm so sorry, man. I know it sucks.
I suggest you to take some break and let your fingers be relaxed....
