Learn a trade Now or Never! *****Learn a particular Trade now or Never, and before it's getting to late for you!!***** I thought of this when I began my junior secondary School, where I have to get back from school and then get a trade to learn, this thing is very good and very beneficial to Man, which will definitely help the situation of man financially. Learning a trade is good but so many stressful, but at the end it will be of great yield of income to you, as a source of income ***How I actually became an apprentice!!*** At the age of Eight(8) I already started learning a trade work, which is in relation to my dream course in the universal knowledge city, right from my childhood time, I already had it in mind that I will be studying Mechanical engineering as a course in the institution, when it's exactly eight years of age, I began to attend my trade work, All I do over there is just to eat, sleep, and go on an errand sent by my boss. And that's what I have been doing since for almost a year plus, because I haven't really focused on my work, because I was seeing it as Dirty work, because I didn't really face the work fully, because I haven't taken my stance in the trade *How my years of learning the trade went! The trade I'm actually learning is Auto-Mobile Panel Beating work. I started learning the work from my boss, which is my Dad as well, Immediately I got the workshop they gave me a name which is "Young Engineer" Because I was the least and younger out of all the apprentice back then* ***Years of work experience!*** While I was still at age Eight, I was still roaming about not focusing on the job I came to learn,I was actually in Basic three(3) in my primary college then I was opportuned to enter Junior secondary School at age twelve (12) where I began to claim maturity and then make firm stance in the work, though people see it as a dirty work but I derive pleasure in learning it because I can see my future speaking about it, Lol. While I became 12th years on this plant Earth, we as well relocated our workshop due to some reasons,this decision was taken by the boss of the workshop. While I got to senior secondary school, that's SSS 3, I started preparing for my SSCE examinations, I was not fully facing the trade Because I want good grades in my examinations, *"One who fails to plan, plan to fail" said my Principal* @pearlkel , so decided to face my studies for that little time, though it was inconvenient for me doing the two simultaneously, but I have no choice, than to attend work after school hour then read at nights. After success from my SSCE examinations, then I still faced the work up till now, Even till when I was offered admission in the university. ***Possible distractions arising from learning a trade*** So many distractions rose up while I was learning but I never let them get off my attention *So many distractions prevail from friends, telling me this Job can't help me financially, most friends doing Yahoo, wants to lure me into participating in Yahoo which doesn't last longer* *Some distractions arises from relatives, because they feel seeing their family members in a dirty isn't polite, they not associate themselves with such person* ***Aim and objectives of Auto-Mobile Panel Beating work;*** Auto-Mobile Panel Beating work is a standard and improved work with the aim of assuring customers how we can repair their spoilt accident vehicles properly, it's a work that ensure all vehicles in the workshop are properly done mechanically, electronically, and other parts of the vehicle In conclusion Being in my university is just to cover up for the theory aspects of engineering, I have already learnt the practical aspects as a trade work, hoping to be a self employed at the end of institution Thanks for your time on passing by on my article, thanks for reading, without you I can't be here, @pearlie is saying big appreciation to y'all, GRACIAS!!! It's my Birthday! I have stuff for you ***Every 31st May, marks a remarkable which is the joy of birthday*** I am so much delighted to see my birthday comes in, as it's about coming in gradually, I made no plans for it, some where visiting the Photoshop for photoshoot and what have you, in which don't derive pleasure in doing at, I am prone to using my phone camera to take selfies at my own comfortable and convenient time, In my comfort zone. I have this bad behavior which I have been trying to control myself because no one knows it aside me, the behavior is; ***I don't celebrate birthdays before!*** Here are my possible reasons for not celebrating birthdays I feel there's no big deal in clocking another year, clocking a new year is actually what we should be celebrating the more because, it's all by the mercy and Grace of the Lord, it's has only been God all along my path to success I also feel, one may die afterward, this particular thought do ring in my head that what if one celebrate a birthday party and then the next day, the person dies, the joy of the birthday ceremony is no where to be found anymore because death has taken it place in the life of the particular person, this is another thought of me that made me ***NOT*** to celebrate birthdays and some ceremonies too Envy arising from friends and relatives, some friends takes hatred when it comes to that particular moment you are celebrating, they deliberately create ***Envy,*** so as to hinder the success of that ongoing ceremony. They deliberately cause conflict, crisis, disagreement, at times they tends to bring some matter up, some matter which had die down for some years back, they can bring it up to create hindrances in succession of the party. My Childhood When a was a lil child way back in those years, after coming back from school, I will report immediate to my Dad's workshop, to assist him in doing somethings, guess his occupation! He's a ***Mechanical engineer.*** I love that I love that occupation with huge passion and confident, when it's time for my dad to take his ***Tong.*** And start melding two or more metals together, there's this flaming stuff that comes from therein. It's a Matter of time Most of Childhood days are well spent in dad's working place,I had no choice then than to attend his workshop. Those days are too stressful, immediately I arrive from school, I am heading to the shop as soon as possible because I mustn't be late to get there. All praise be to God in the highest, those works are about to be relieving me bit by bit, everything is just a matter of time Secondary School Days Attending a college like that of my secondary School is very lively and interesting but you must be focused and dedication to your academics and some moral lessons. Kudos to "El-Bossaa Model College" huge numbers of genius are found this school, where Challenge is invoke, there are many fellow students who are always ready to compete with you, I could remember vividly back then, If I come second position in first term, I can become the forth position in the next term, and that's how it keep ongoing. School days is actually the best, because there are lot of memories which you can relate to, later in the future ***School is the best of all time*** My colleagues back then in school, though I didn't feature in this photo, I will be roaming about by then I guess, I'm not always found to be In a single place, at times I visit toilet to read, that's me I was the laboratory Senior boy back then in conjunction with my assistant "Moyinoluwa" though she's a female, though she was effective even than I am because I'm always busy reading or having some other things to get done. When we are about to leave the college we are all happy, I could remember Chemistry was our last subject, we took photos with our chemistry teacher "Miss Doris" I love her , very caring she is. The photo below shows my assistant laboratory prefect It been God all along ***He has been my guard on my path to success*** Many and most things of my life is possible through God who strengthens me. I Don't Love Myself! Not yet and not enough anyways. ***Do you love yourself enough to give it your all to achieve everything that's owned to you, everything you deserve?*** "Breath, you've got this". Not only do I think this, I believe it. Just for today, just for this moment, I believe it. I have the presentation open in front of me and I join the meeting. I'm in my element. I know what to say, I know what questions to anticipate. I see the names of important people joining the meeting. Without faltering, I command this virtual room. Things go as planned and I close the issue on a high note. I was confident. I have been confident, and at times, overconfident, self-assured, and also full of myself. I have this assurance when I want to get a job done. How you're perceived is half the battle and I can ascertain when to smile when to laugh and when to be assertive. I even have the hubris of thinking what I do matters. I realized I should cocky even as I write this but the fact is I do know how to be confident. ***And even with all that in my arsenal, I have a singular problem.*** None of this confidence stems from any amount of faith in my abilities. It's an attitude I've developed, in fact, specially, to compensate for my lack of skills. That's not to say that I don't have have any skills. I'm competent without actually believing in myself. Aldo, I have no problem admitting that I deserve everything I may or may not have decided in life and then some more. ***So that's dump of all my thoughts*** *I lack conviction in my aptitude.* *I am insecure about me capabilities.* *So I don't really love myself.* *But I can be confident.* *I can advocate for myself.* *I believe I have potential.* *I want to achieve more.* *That must mean I do love myself* *Not enough to not let fear of failure stop me,but some.* Unrealized potential I occasionally have dreams about all the things I still want to achieve. This knowledge that I can achieve something comes from my ability to advocate for myself. But knowledge means nothing if I can't back it up with conviction. This utter lack of faith has paralyzed me for years. Call it procrastination if you will, but what's the point if I can't keep going, can't even begin anything. If I loved myself enough I would realize that I owe it to myself to at least try. And I have decided to do exactly that. To love myself. Love may be fleeting but discipline is not. Motivation is fleeting but habits are not. So I am going to form a habit. Be disciplined. To dedicate all my resources and efforts to the cause that is my dream. In conclusion I haven't loved myself for quite some time now. I wonder if I ever loved myself. Mildly maybe, but never fiercely. It doesn't come naturally to me. But where there's a will there's a way right? And I'll be damned i don't have that. The fire in me may have fizzled but I am still the sun. I am the sun. And I do owe it to myself. This include the three "**Is**." **Three important Characteristics of a Reliable Man** **Investing** If a guy invests in you, he sees a future in your relationship. You don't have to worry about convincing him. He's ready to do it all on his own! But what precisely does this mean When a guy invests in a woman, he is giving her not just his presence and attention, but also his time and energy. He's making plans with her, asking her about herself, and when she responds, he put down his iPhone to listen. He's not making plans for the future that exclude her, and he's not giving her the absolute minimum (a text or two everyday- just enough to keep her interested). **Sincerity** Is the guy you are seeing honest in other aspects of life? Is he kind to you yet impolite to the waiter? Does he seem to be in good health yet spend he's days Talking about how he doesn't get along with a single coworkers (seriously, not one!)? Does he drag about how he dined and dashed at Red Lobster or built computer code that stole money from his clients' accounts? The topic of integrity is a simple one to solve: if a guy is honest with others, he will be honest with you. If he doesn't, you've got your answer **Influence** Influence is ranked third. Nationwide Children's Day As long as we still have parents on this planet "Earth" we are still a Child We all have just been talking about children, we all are Still a Child if we still have our parents dwelling on this living Land. No matter how grown up we are in this world,if we are opportuned to have parents ahead of us, we are still regarded as a child. "*A 80 years old man who still have a parent or parents is a Child. A 80 years old man can still celebrate children's Day"* As we are celebrating children's Day, there's a huge need for us all to make our various children happy because they are our entire future, we gat no one aside them, they are the souls that put in smiles to our face. Though I'm a child because my parents are still in the land of living, there's no one who doesn't have a parents. We all had a parents but due to some reasons they may have left us behind due to sorrow depart from "*death"* Death is inevitable to all individuals on this world, those with super and supernatural powers will still have to admit to the call of death when it's time for them die. All our prayers is that we shouldn't die beforehand, we shouldn't admit to the call of death when it's not our time to die. ***What makes Children get happy??*** Here are so many reasons that makes Children of nowadays happy; Making our child/children friendly to us, as a parent there's a huge need for us to make create tight friendship to our kids, this could be the first reason that can boost children happiness Happiness is free when our kids get somethings from us; when children get money for biscuits and other chocolatey stuff from us, they are very happy to Children tends to associate themselves to other kids when they have happy home, happy home could be the third reason which makes kids feel happy ***How children's Day went in my house previous year*** Children's Day is a day set aside for kids all over the world, the entire world has chosen May 27th as a day for experiencing children's Day. Many grown up kids like to anticipate for this day, because total freedom and entertainment is always given to them all The previous year was a great celebration in my house, where all my kids were wining and dining in my house, though my wife wasn't around but, I didn't exhitate to that them to bitch" so that they can have a good moment, the previous year children's Day keep ringing in my head, it's as if I should reverse the time and moment so that can I experience the moment of the previous year. How it Actually went We went to water front bitch and we all had a nice moment, so many of them took black bullet, while some took blue bullet Some kids that was having fun with my kids, I had to celebrate with them as well by giving them some refreshing drink to make their Day We all sat there to have and share a great moment, we shared a lot moment,but it was a pity that my wife wasn't opportuned to be available then, because she was at her working place, though she came back to meet her own refreshing drink and food we bought for her in the water front restaurant. ***In Conclusion*** My previous year children's Day in my home was very interesting, I think you all have to emulate the attitude of celebrating your kids when it's time for children's Day. Kids needs to be celebrated, they are our future leader, as we are celebrating them, we should inculcate good moral habit in them as well. How I ended Decades of Chronic pain! Without meds, my back pain and hip are, to my surprise and delight, nearly pain free Low back pain has dogged me since my mid-20s, moderate and annoying most days with the occasional must-lie-down-now episode that made me grumpy and ornery but got me out of yard works for a few days In my late 30s, a dull ache emerged in my right hip, gradually growing worse and sharpen, until it became impossible to sleep on my right side, which made me snuggling with my wife problematic (our sides of the bed were too long ago set in stone and I'm disputably on the left). I got used to starting each day stiff and sore, accostomed to carrying a certain level of background misery around most of the day, no matter of pillows made the couch comfortable. A long car trip required hourly stops to stretch and shake out the hurt. *****But in the last few months, everything has changed***** Both source of pain have shrunk to the point that on most days I barely notice them and on a "**bad**" day they generate a little discomfort that reminds me to deploy my new secret weapon against chronic pain ( I'll reveal it below but there's a story to tell here!!) Here's how great I feel : on my 40th birthday recently I mountain biked 60 miles which happens to be my longest journey. The next morning I woke with all the expected good soreness and tighteness in my legs and arms, but no pain in my back or hip. This change has been surprising, remarkable, and joyous. Just ask my wife, I've been annoying ecstatic about it. And it came without painkillers, no drugs of any kind and no surgeries Scientist who study chronic pain would not be all surprised. The problem with pain medications I've been popping ibuprofen on and off decades, it never did. Much if anything to. Curb my aches, other than maybe, maybe take the edge off the worst bouts. Turns out there's no solid evidence that anti-inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen or aspirin do anything to alleviate chronic pain, they can be useful for acute pain, like a sprain or a cut, but "weather they do anything for Chronic pain is highly questionable" says George Muller PhD, who runs a pian clinic at northwestern University as an institution of Feinberg school of medicine. For some decades it's been standard medicine practice to treat pain with anti-inflammatory drugs, but we found out that this short term could lead to longer term problems. Meanwhile, recent scientific discoveries have shown that when pain persists, the body and mind get used to it, pian signals become ingrained in the nervous system, whether the original source of the pain remains or not So what fixed me up I started doing yoga regularly about six months ago, and amid much hiking, biking and weightlifting, it's the only significant new physical activity I've undertaken in years. Yoga made me notably Stronger, way more flexible in every direction you can imagine, and it improved my balance and posture. I basically feel more capable. So, while anecdote are not science, I'm as certain as can be that Yoga is the chiefdriver of my dramatic improvement on the pain front,and there's plenty of science to support my claim ***Yoga has been the antidote to my chronic pain of low back or hip pain***

A LONELY ONE is always affected by "DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY" One who is depressed often feel lonely because they feel no one is even attending to the issues they have, they are often feel with depression and this depression can cause alot of thing, because one with depression can commit suicide, they can die by hanging oneself, they can even decide to jump into the sea, because they are full with anxiety, one with anxiety will lack excitement SADNESS is another main cause of loneliness because one who is always sad can't be lively, he make a difference from others in the community, A sad one will always be loneliness unless he or she has a friend that can watch over the victim of loneliness "POVERTY" Is another main cause of loneliness because one with lack of funds won't be happy to make the right decision hence restricting one from the normal things that should be done, A poor man will always be lonely because no one will want to make joke with a poor one because they feel they don't have nothing to gain from them. That's why they are always lonely Parents at times are the major cause of loneliness because, they are been strict on their children hence, putting the children in severe thinking and worrie, this can also lead to loneliness, parents should stop been harsh on their children because most children are going through alot which the parent don't know and they won't even make it known to the parents To crown it all loneliness has been a particular virtue that has been killing people gradually which we don't know, we have to make a good choice on how we shouldn't be a victim of loneliness, we shouldn't be a sadist because that lifestyle won't be favorable for us, we gonna have a good option on how to be lively and make the those people around you feel happy and excited Lastly, Happiness is free don't feel lonely anymore, go into the mist of the happy ones. round fy and excited
