The 70,000 php amount of money I sent for my papa's medication just just before his death took 7 days before it arrived to my sister's account. If you were on my shoes, would you still be using banks? Heck NO! and oh don't forget the higher transaction fees too. On the other hand....here's a human being who wanted to use his money giving tips to those he THINKS deserves it and because HE HAS THE MEANS, he can do so whatever he wants as long as there's a two way process. They write a good post and if he LIKES it based on his standards then he/she deserves a tip! Simple!
