Daily widlife photography: the changeable hawk-eagle, Nisaetus cirrhatus. These are probably my favourite photos of a bird of prey. It's hard to take pictures this close, let alone seeing such a beautiful animal with its wings wide open while perching. Photos taken in Udawalawa, Sri Lanka.

Wonderful picture and you made me remember my trip to Sri Lanka... We went to see peacocks (and other animals of course), I learned that Sri Lanka is their origin country, still...we only saw one, and that after trying hard to find it! I laughed so hard, because since I was a little child, we were going to a park in Athens and there were at least 6 peacocks and one of them was white!!! Have a wonderful day!
