My wildlife photography: the green basilisk, Basiliscus plumifrons. Also called plumed basilisk, these little lizards are know for their ability to run on water, in short bursts of speed when they're running away from something. It's one of my favourite lizards; males and females can be easily distinguished, since males have crests in the body and tail too, and a larger head crest than females. This was a male, relaxing in the foliage in Tortuguero, Costa Rica.

Such a beautiful animal. Where live you dear friend? Your photos all gorgeous and professionelle.
I live in Portugal, but I am blessed for having travelled a bit so far; and love wildlife, so the photo archive keeps growing! ;)
