Daily wildlife photography: the greater flamingo, Phoenicopterus roseus. It's always a joy to find these ones, especially in places where I wasn't expecting to see them. But in the salt flats near my holidays destination, there was a large group, that provided decent photos. It's in these situations, seeing them in such a distance that I have trouble focusing my camera, that I wonder if I should definitely go for a reflex one! Or maybe I lack proper focusing skills! :) Photos taken in Tavira, Portugal.
