My wildlife photography: the little cormorant, Microcarbo niger. Cormorants in my home country are bigger, but they share the same behaviour: perching with open wings, a way for cormorants to speed up feather drying, after swimming and diving in search of food. It's a good way to identify a cormorant from a distance! Photo taken in Tangalle, Sri Lanka.

This bird looks so rare.
Is actually a common position for them. ;)
Maybe that bird is exotic.
