Have to say that CoinFLEX support (especially Cherry) had been excellent and carefully examined my issue with one withdrawal. I'm not in favor of centralized exchanges but CoinFLEX has been the one that helped SmartBCH since the beginning and it was the only bridge available for a while. It still is the only way back to BCH, and considering facts they will probably have too much traffic to handle. This requires updates and often technical issues may appear that will delay transactions. I recommend CoinFLEX for the current support of Bitcoin Cash. We need the exchanges since they are part of the ecosystem and allow the entrance of fiat and the participation of everyone in the digital modern economy we are creating. My issue was resolved since it was a technical one that required certain handling by the team. I've seen way worse happening in some of the top exchanges and I vividly remember trying to contact the support of Coinbase and having only a bot answering. Support at CoinFLEX was the best I have seen so far and I have had problems with too many in the past. If I am impatient at times, this is because I have also been a user of exchanges like Cryptopia, Livecoin, Altilly, and more that were shut down after an event (hack) happened, and lost coins there. I see, though, that security at CoinFLEX is a top priority, and I have plans to use some more of the services it offers, since there are some great staking options there. With centralized exchanges we have to trust the people behind them, and I see in Mark Lamb a person that can succeed at the highest level.

It's good to know that at least one CEX values their customers enough to provide support. Coinbase is infamous for their absolutely shitty support; it's almost like they figure they're too big to be bothered with just a simple customer question/complaint.
