A few minutes ago I faced issues while trying to open a few websites I am using. I felt that it was my problem (ISP or Wifi), or perhaps my browser. Some web pages failed to load, others were lagging. It looked like a problem that lasted only seconds. I now read that many in Facebook and WhatsApp are affected. This reminded me that internet outages happen, and as any other emergency we need to be prepared before this happens. Things to do when the internet is down:
