I prefer Trust wallet to store as it has worked for me since last couple of years. You can note down the keys, write it on a paper & never use them at all . It is highly secured and offers almost every coin . Hardware wallets like ledger and Trezor also store keys offline but they usually are not that cheap to store low value coins
