Great soup??? Let me introduce you my local soup. This is a powder soup dried from summer. It contains broth, tomato paste, flour, chickpeas, spices, semolina, yoghurt, red pepper, this mixture first becomes dough, then dried and powdered. Then it is mixed with water and boiled, chickpeas are added and butter and mint are added. The most important and most important thing to drink hot is a very tasty and healing soup. I'm not a fan of soups but some are delicious and this one must be super good!! Good ingredients, different from many others, great!
