Grilled gut 😁 ??? Working overtime today and eating out. A little pampering with my colleagues. This is kokorec in breadcrumbs. It is a very popular flavor in my country. Intestines of calf or sheep, goat or lamb are cleaned well. It is fried on the grill. Spices are added. You can add onions and tomatoes if you want.
