From down to dust, from start to end, from every second in a minute and minutes in an hour. From every toss to every turn, from every sit to every stand, from every give to every takes, from every win to every loose. From every drive, from every work, from all you take in and all you bring out. There is growth.

Right. In everything that we do in our lives, growth is always there. Especially if we made mistakes and fails in between. It motivated us to do better in our next try and chance and there we bring the lessons that we learn in every steps that we make in our lives. And growth will be there, the growth will be the better version of ourselves. Growth will be always be here throughout our everyday life.
