Outside the LTO office in Molave, Philippines. My wife and I went to get Philippines drivers licenses, and were told we didn't need to. (Really?) Until my wife gets her Philippines dual citizenship things like this will be a hassle. Unfortunately stupid Covid-19 has made getting governmental things like this WAY more difficult than it needs to be. #MyLife
