This is the Philippine's first Olympic gold medal in 90+ years. I'm not a huge fan of the Olympics, and I don't like weight lifting, particularly when done by women, but when I watched this video there must have been some dust in the room, because I got a bit teary eyed: https://www.reddit.com/r/weightlifting/comments/ory73d/hidilyn_diaz_with_a_127kg_cj_to_win_gold_at_the/ .
