A Weird Dream This post has nothing to do with current events, or crypto, but rather focuses on my favorite subject, me! Last night I had a weird, disturbing dream. Now before I tell y'all about it, understand that when we lived in the state of South Carolina, in the USA, we had a neighbor who owned a bar. This guy was about 8 years younger than me, and, sadly, drank himself to death eventually. Anyway, on to the dream .......... It was mostly a conversation between me and my Dad, during which it came out that this neighbor, Mark, was actually my brother! Shocked, I asked my Dad how this could be, and why I was never told about it until now. He said that Mom became pregnant with Mark three months after I was born, (I know the numbers don't add up, but this was a dream, okay!), and she decided that she couldn't raise both him and me at the same time. They didn't want to abort Mark, so after she gave birth to him they gave him up for adoption. Understandably upset, I asked my Mom if this was true, and she sheepishly admitted it. Something about this whole situation didn't make sense to me, so I began to press my Dad for more details, and eventually he admitted that he wasn't sure Mark was actually his son! Yikes! My Mom left the room at this point, and now really, really upset, I woke up. So, any Freudians or dream interpreters care to take a stab at the "hidden meaning" of this dream? And please, no "you are repressing your desire to have sex with your mother" crap! That whole Oedipus Complex stuff is a bunch of nonsense!
