Updated List of Five Top Free Wallets - Coin Bureau The Coin Bureau YouTube channel has just released an updated list of the five top free software wallets. You can watch the video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kN8A3YzT8JI . This video replaces an earlier version of the top five free wallets. What changed? Gone is the Jaxx wallet, replaced by Metamask. (If you're curious, the older version of the video can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UTH8wGxLOnY .) I've watched some other videos where crypto "experts" warn about security problems with Metamask, (e.g., https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ffp73f_4_E ), so I have my doubts about Guy's updates. Then again, these same "experts" caution about using a smartphone to buy/store your crypto. I guess it depends upon your toleration for sharing your personal information. IMHO if you have access to a computer, that is a much better option for crypto than a smartphone. But not everyone is as paranoid as me, so you'll have to set your own level of acceptable risk. At what point should you switch to a hardware wallet? Guy seems to think any amount in crypto over $5,000 USD should be switched, and I agree with him. I don't own that much crypto yet, but once I do, I plan on putting the bulk of my crypto "fortune" on a SafePal hardware wallet, https://safepal.io/ .
