Our House in Mindanao This is a pic of our house in rural Mindanao, on the Zamboanga peninsula. The house has three bedrooms, and there are nine of us living in it. We have an indoor CR, and when the water from the municipality is working, (or our water tank isn't empty), we have a flush toilet! Having spent most of my life in the USA, I'm used to warm water showers; I am having a hard time adapting to the cold water used for bathing in the morning. (I fuss about this more than the kids!) I am getting used to the occasional gecko wandering in from the outside, and climbing up and down our walls, (and on our ceilings!). #MyLife
