Inktober day 12: forget I was actually thinking of how to work on this but Neville Longbottom's remembrall and forget me nots were my options. In the end, I got white acrylic paint and I went with the remembrall since I thought it would look good. As per my friend's suggestion, I now have white acrylic paint ;;w;; and I am excited to try it out tonight! I hope it's as pigmented as I think it is, otherwise, I would be sad

Breakfast in the lab + change costume UwU I had breakfast in the lab cuz I got here early. I also realized that I never got a chance to show my hard hat and the uniform I have. I usually wear a white lab gown but sometimes I wear black overalls ordered a heat resistant space suit, depends on where they assign me for that day

I'm at workkkk~ Surprisingly early, actually but that's because I planned to try eating breakfast here 😅 I never got to show the rest of my uniform, but I actually need a hard hat and those 1kg steel toed shoes because rocks just fly everywhere Then there's the heat resistant space suit we wear when we go to the furnace room. I also have cute black overalls that make me look like a toddler. So basically 3 costumes for different areas at work UwU

Inktober day 11: eagle 👀 I can feel that intense glare and I love it! I ended up adding that extra black ink layer tho 🤣 Though I still feel bad for skipping a day (again) 🤣 but I'll work on those eventually. This is my current work desk set up ☺️ pretty small space because there's a mountain of samples and standards on either side of me 🤣🤣🤣 Anyways, I've been thinking of bringing a toy here that hangs on the monitor so I have something else to look at when I get tired from writing

So this is what my current desk set up is like. I haven't added anything here yet but I plan to when I scrub the ore residue off by Friday. I planned to put a little monitor toy there just so I have something cute to look at every now and then 😅 since personal effects are highly discouraged in my side of the world. There's this huge firetruck at our street and I'm so confused as to why when there isn't even any fire. I'm too tired to actually ask my neighbors and I'm not on such good terms with them to even approach them. So I'll be left confused and curious for a while

Got my new labgowwwnnn I am now officially a chemist again 💕 and I am happy that the labgown they gave me is new ;;w;; unlike in my previous companies where the gave me old ones since they didn't have a supply 🙄

Finally goty labgown~ and I have been cleaning these crucibles for a while now 🤣 I definitely missed this kind of lab setup. The people have been so nice and fun here. I think I'll stay because it's such an organized lab

Before I have to surrender my phone again... Izz time to take one last pic 🤣 So I just realized today that the DUNKIN DONUTS manufacturing is right in front of my workplace and the guard told me that they sell the factory rejects for like 5php a piece, so basically $1 a dozen and now I'm hoping I can catch their sales one of these days!
