So so soooo The samples aren't for me today, they're for my partner 🥲 and I have nothing to do today, and I really wasn't prepared to have nothing to do today 🥲 but "be careful what you wish for" I guess 🤣 At least I'll have energy to write later

This was the samples I digested yesterday. I'm pretty happy it finally cleared out now and that the solution is now ready to be fed to the machine UwU I have no idea if we'll be working on a new shipment today ;;-;; but I hope the sample gods have mercy on me today and just decide to delay the sample preparation. It's been 2 days of no drawing and my hands are getting fidgety again

There are days when I can really feel the weight of my samples 🥲🥲 then there are days where I seriously have nothing to do in the lab except draw. It balances out all the good and bad days, sure. Still, when they say there's a shipment of samples, there really is a shipment of samples ;;-;; I had to digest another 350 load of samples today and a pending 100 tomorrow. I hope that's the only ore shipment we get this week

I had to do the groceries so while waiting in line, I thought I would try working on this a bit, but apparently people stare when I draw nude bodies and my mom told me that the outside world it's as accepting as she is of my porn drawings. And I'm just 😶😶😶 I will give her a cloth wrap later but I need to fix the shading and anatomy first- Duration so far: 1 hour

Last night was movie night and we were watching journey to the center of the earth. There was this one scene were Brendan Fraser pulled out a yo-yo and my brain's automatic response was "ai haven't seen nor played with a yo-yo in years OnO I must get one!" So without a second thought, I ordered one online because it wasn't that expensive UwU and I got this aluminium/zinc alloy one. So now I'm excited to play with it OwO and practice my yo-yo tricks again

Kind of sad that I'm running out of washi tape 🥲🥲 I think I already used up 2 full rolls. Though I have a few more rolls, they're all pretty thin so I might have to start looking for a similar set or a new set of washi tape entirely

Ink is dry and I am penning this in UwU I think I've gotten faster with inking after all the practice I got from inktober 🤣 well, it just means I can work on more stuff in a day and maybe I should level up by doing more detailed stuff soon Duration: 1 hour

My sister sent me pictures of the dogs just being... Dogs 🤣 and idk but they look bored these days. It's probably because of the rain and the fact that they haven't been allowed to go out so they don't get sick

So so sooooo I bought my dogs clippers just recently because it's so expensive to have them groomed 🥹🥹🥹 so I'm gonna learn how to groom them instead. The clippers look good. I hope they don't scare my dogs though

So today was my instrumentation training and I was taught the basic equipment first. I was also taught how to make standards and I'm happy that I got to use the auto dilution machine for making the standard solutions 🥹🥹🥹

My supervisors don't like it when I have nothing to do for some reason so they're making me read and take notes for the rest of the week since next week, I start my analytical instrument training! I've always wanted to learn how to operate the instruments in chemistry. And soon I'll be permitted to ;;w;; For now, look at my tiny tiny notes

Things you can do with potatoes ;;w;; so my grandparents sent me these packets of mashed potatoes that just look so sad to me because it feels like eating baby food. So I tried turning them into potato balls, and I gotta admit, they're not so bad. It at least has that crunch to look forward to
