Since some people have been asking about my nugget recipe. Here it goes OwO For the meat, I have the chicken breast grinded at the butcher's but I think the malls have that too. If you want it to have the same texture as the processed ones, have it pass through a meat grinder twice but it'll look like weird paste. You can have tasteless veggies like carrots and potatoes added into this (also adds more servings with this trick) For the seasoning. I use chicken stock powder but chicken cubes work well with this too (half a kilo of meat = 1 cube)(don't worry, this isn't weird. Manufacturers for fast food chains that sell nuggets also use this technique). I still add salt and pepper as flavor enhancers since it just doesn't taste all that good with pure stock flavor. Then you add an egg to incorporate everything while you mix. It's up to you how you'll mold it but I have a mini cookie cutter at home so I basically just use that. Then you cover the nuggets in flour/cornstarch, egg and breadcrumbs. You can also choose whether or not you want cheese in it but since everyone at home is obsessed with cheese, cheese is a big must! That's about everything you need to know about making home made nuggets
