I wonder if you guys know this but this is called nilupak here. It's a comfort food that's made of root crops. I'm not sure if all root crops can be turned to nilupak but this one is a combination of purple yam and sweet potato I've tried other variations of this where it has banana in it. It's pretty good too UwU
