Don't know the name of the manga but the old dude understands this generation at least ;;w;; they don't know how challenging being born in this generation is because they always expect you to be everything, especially when applying for jobs. they expect you to be a experienced even when you're just a fresh grad so it gets frustrating and in some cases, they take advantage of the fact that it's so hard to find jobs so they make the salary minimum wage. sometimes lower
