I'm on foodie mode again 😅 So this is what we call palabok or fiesta spaghetti it has its own noodles and you need to soak that hours before you start cooking so that it's easy to separate. when it's separated, you cook based on the packet instructions. for the sauce, you sauté onion, garlic, ground meat (pork, chicken or beef.up to you) then you add shrimps (but since I'm poor rn, hibi will do😂😂😂). you toast those up a bit then you add atsuete extract for its characteristic red color. you'll need to add water and this magic tinapa powder (you can also add real tinapa shreds! momma told me to add that) then cornstarch to thicken (i ran out of that so i used breadcrumbs UwU )you just add shrimp cubes and more tinapa powder to adjust it to your taste. toppings are onion chives, eggs, more magic tinapa powder or shreds, you can add shrimps if you have them. also tofu UwU fried ones are good in this too in replacement for chicharon
