That's not Bitcoin.com, that's a Bitcoin Cash problem. With Bitcoin Cash you can currently send/receive 50 transactions per block. As some blocks sometimes take 1 hour, the limit is reached and you have to wait a bit.
It was clarified when i read the admin post but i was worried that i wouldn't be able to swap my bch in time ;;-;;
