People often wonder « what is a good project? » behind a cryptocurrency. Let me introduce you to the best project I ever seen. Useful. Trustworthy. Efficient.
I had the chance to discover Amplivo 3 years ago.
By that time, I was spending a lot of time with Facebook, trying to figure out how to use Facebook adds and develop a community around pastry.
As a Patissier, I have an ethical problem: plastic.
I don’t mean equipment such as spatulas our cutting boards, that we buy once and keep many years when we take good care of it. I mean everyday kind of plastic, such as plastic wrap, so useful to keep our fridges clean and our food smell-free. Or little containers of different products that we recycle (they’re strong, light, and free!) until they break, and then we throw them away.
All of those are so convenient that they can hardly be replaced, so I know everybody will keep using them despite the crazy amount of pollution it represents.
Scientists talk about a seventh continent, 3 times the size of France, to designate the mass of plastic waist that gathered in the Pacific Ocean.
An average western citizen eats the equivalent of a credit card each week.
Micro plastics have been found in the placenta of pregnant women.
And since Covid-19 crisis and the impossible number of masks that have been worn hours long, micro plastics have been detected in lungs and blood samples of 7 persons out of 10.
Plastic is an incredibly convenient material.
But it does not degrade naturally. Not before centuries.
Made out of petroleum, it is the symbol of what mankind has invented from rough material extracted from the depth of our great planet to make everyone’s life more easy. But it is also the symbol of mankind forgetting to deal with after use issue. And when peaky calculations come on top of laziness, mankind has proven to have no limits. Now, plastic pollution is getting to a point where we might see our seas and oceans, our lakes and our rivers containing more plastic waist than fishes.
So far, governments have forbidden some items, but they quickly proved to be replaced by items even harder to recycle than plastic.
Big companies like Total keep extracting petroleum from deeper and deeper in the planet, destroying natural environments that cannot be replaced (not before centuries), to produce bottles that other big companies will not take charge of after they’ve been used.
Western countries send their trash to poor countries. You think that your plastic garbage will be recycled after you put them in that special garbage bean? No. They’ll travel the world around to end up burnt between two fields, giving cancers to the local peasants.
That’s why, when I saw a post on Facebook talking about a solution, I took a look at it.
The post was written by a cool guy, who quickly explained to me that scientists and visionary entreprenors from Thailand decided to find a solution in a way obvious: turn plastic back into oil. They developed a pyrolyse technic, and decided to ask for help from anyone willing to make a change about that problem… and reward donators with crypto money.
It took time for me to invest, first because I was broke, second because I wondered who was behind the idea. I discovered in real life meetings, and zoom video conferences with the big bosses showing the first machines being settled near Bangkok. The guy I first met became not only my sponsor but also a friend, as well as his sponsor and the sponsor of his sponsor.
The first cryptocurrency I got was ORTP. But some internal problem occurred, and in order to turn the page, ORTPs were exchanged for ISF. Once again, it didn’t work: paper hands selling their IFS as soon as they got them drove IFS value to a massive dump.
So the company decided to turn to a new token, with a vesting system depending of the efficiency of our machines: for 1 kg of plastic entering the machine, 10 CSR are delivered to people who gave money, in the exact order they came in.
The value of CSR is backed up in two ways.
First, by taking plastic waist out of land. A ton of plastic costs 200€ to send to third world countries. Yes, this is the only business where producers are paid to get the row material to work on!
Second, by selling premium recycled oil. The high quality oil obtained by Amplivo allows the company to sell it for engine use as well as to produce new plastics. No need to dig the wounds of the earth any more.
Now Amplivo signed a partnership with Corsair to enhance the efficiency of our activity. For instance, blue trash beans have been settled in various hotels, market centers and university in Thailand. Soon, people who bring plastic will be paid in CSR, a currency they can use to buy gas oil for their cars.
So far, 3 machines are already turning full time near Bangkok. Each machine can turn up to 60 tons of plastic to 30000 liters of oil. A second facility is being settled in another corner of Bangkok with 2 machines to come. Many countries have signed for partnership, including Belgium, Slovakia, Ireland, Italy, Columbia….
Considering the amount of plastic waist that needs to be taken care of, we need 800,000 machines to do the work.
Amplivo imagined a MLM kind of affiliation system, with big rewards for people who want to make a big difference.

World of Solana, crying warriors and energy issues.
If you have seen the World of Solana NFT collection you do remember it. A hypnotizing serie of girls with a deep look and big boobs.

Idealistic, but we need ideals to unite and move things.
And I like that ideal: after bitcoin, many other blockchains have shown up, and despite the efforts each one made to improve the abilities defined by bitcoin, it is impossible today to call one as perfect and reject the others. So one has to learn.
And that is not easy.
I remember when I first used Avax, I wanted to change some BNB to Avax, it took me a full day. I had to go through countless tutorials just to figure out the multiblockchain system invented by Avax. It took all the support I could get from all the groups I follow to take the jump!
For a noob like me, even setting a password is a challenge, and still today if I want to use my Avax wallet I have to enter the seed phrase.
Obviously, the multiplication of blockchains represents a risk of separating users, and the leaders that keep destroying life on earth can easily use that to minimize the risk of financial freedom cryptocurrencies are to their eyes.
Now let’s take a look at the warriors.
Juvenile figures, colorful to white hair, sometimes a little cute pet in the shoulder, wearing little t-shirts as well as sexy armors or school uniforms.
But what surprises the most is their expression: while some look very determined (with laser eyes!!), some blink, look surprised, and some cry. What the hell are these warriors??
I took a look at the artist’s Instagram, and I discover a young and very pretty lady, with a slave name: Kinga Spyra ─ aka BTG**, for Blondynki Tez Graja. And suddenly I understand her choice to come up with a persona assuming her weaknesses.
Even more with the Ukrainian crisis. The war that goes on over there impacts western Europe directly, for Russia used to provide gaz to Europe.
Now, French main energy provider officially declares it is going to buy even more schist gaz from America…***
Seriously?
Isn’t there a way to avoid that madness, as well as a zen answer to Ukrain’s sufferings? The troubles over there have deep roots, and those need to be understood by anyone trying to get involved in it. Today, many people take position without knowing what really goes on (and I don’t pretend to know what precisely goes on, I just keep reading and I find data that drive me nuts!). Even Lego - yes, the kid’s game that my boys and I love so much! - have created a Zelensky figurine with Molotov cocktails for children to support Ukrain.**** Why do children have to be involved to a mess even adults don’t know anything about?
Deep down, I am a crying warrior too.
This morning I took the bus after dropping my children at school and there she was: a WOS heroin. I would have liked to take a picture of her square and messy white hair, but I didn’t want to interrupt her fellow mate who was passionately explaining something I couldn’t hear. They were 20/25 years old, young women fully educated and ready to change the world.
So I don’t care if WOS whitelist token fell really low, if it took 2 days to sold out and if the floor price on Magic Eden is below mint price right now: the picture is echoing a worldwide reality.
And while many NFT project are marketing with staking and community access, this collection is pure art, for it is carried out by the artist’s vision.
Sooner or later, World of Solana is to enter the History of Art.

The first one has already put a step in cryptoworld as early as 2010, so he convinces the second one to catch the train. These 4 have an idea that will change the fate of NFTs: instead of selling basic collectibles, Yuga Labs decided to take advantage of the blockchain’s transparency to identify someone as member of a community thanks to the NFT in his wallet.
You don’t just buy a glamourous profile picture, you access a vip club. Your NFT is an entrance ticket.
But which community?
The founders wanted to point out the first crypto investors, who bought bitcoin when there was many zeros after the coma, and saw the zeros getting to the other side of the coma. Suddenly rich, and slightly in pts, wondering about life without the normal people‘s problem of earning enough for rent + food + … , they became *bored*.

It took a few days to sold out, but they did it.
And the club really worked out: being part of the Bored Ape Yacht Club gives IRL advantages (from simple hats to luxurious party in Manhattan***), and famous artists, people and even brands have not been long to join, enhancing the hype: Eminem, Paris Hilton as well as Adidas are members of the club!
On the virtual side, the BAYC partnered with many other projects, helping new NFT projects to grow.
Soon, Yuga labs recruited networks managers, developpers and designers.
By September, Christie’s and Sotheby’s were selling some Bored Apes for millions of dollars.
By November, they were one the cover of Rolling Stones.
By January a video game was on.
Then came another collection - zombie like kind of apes, the Mutant Ape Yacht Club (MAYP).
Then, the acquisition by Yuga labs of two iconic collections from Larva Labs: the Crypto Punks and the Meebits.
Now, they have their own currency: the $APE.
By the time I write, the token is worth $13,55.
Next step: a metaverse. 200000 lands shall be available, the first part as soon as this month.
I even read they want to challenge Amazon!
One thing is for sure: the community is getting bigger and bigger. They have ideas, talent and ambition.

The mountain has given birth to a mouse.
The crypto actors can loosen their panties, none has to go undercover - at least, no more than we already do!
Now, what was the issue, deep down?
The proof of Work.
The core concept of mining cryptos throughout a decentralized network, and rewarding the helpers.
Ok, it obviously takes more energy to validate an order if this order has to be checked out by many than if it just goes through one validator.

And here is a big BUT, that I’m gonna detail a bit, below.
Just: I want to make it clear that my first understanding has been *do they really want to oppose crypto sphere and ecological issues??*
To me, both belong to the solution.
I opened a wallet to save the planet, after discovering Amplivo and it’s work against plastic waste. I will write a complete article about it in the coming days, for this project is so too important to me. The Amplivo team gives me the courage to face my own challenges: since I have been working with them, I know that despite all the stupidity and greed I can see in some leaders, there are great people working hard on solving major issues.
So I don’t want no lobby or rotten politics to divide the crypto actors and the eco activists.
Now let’s see the buts.

That is an idea brought by Hasheur, a French Crypto Influencer, during an interview with an retired banker*. Is it so hard to imagine a way to combine both activities in just one item? Or is it that some do not like the idea of everyone potentially creating it’s own money?
. The Proof of Work is not the only operating system in crypto assets.
The Proof of Stake mechanism has came precisely to solve the energy consomption point. See excellent article form Investopedia** to find out how it operates, and what still needs to be looked after. Meanwhile, I’ll just keep my contempt smile for the blockchains architects have already offered enhancements to what is being discussed just now by our officials…

I wish it was a joke. I wish someone could proove me wrong.
Meanwhile, I was preparing my first collection of Y.ats.
Have you heard about yats? The latest derivative of the blockchain to flex on the network. It is a domain like kind of system, only with emojis. Now, one can even mint his Y.at as an NFT, and reference it on the virtual Gallery Open Sea.
So I prepared a few, and started minting them on Sunday. The average mint cost was around $17, and the referencing around $32.
On Monday morning, the mint was up to $22, and referring $55…. But during the vote in the European Parliament, both were nearly free. I paid only $1 or 2 for both action!
As soon as the meeting was over, prices rised up as hell: $45 for a mint, and Open Sea was so busy I couldn’t achieve to put my yat on sale.
People did get scared, removed crypto assets, and came back to buy low as soon as the danger was gone.
At the end, I wonder if those leaders realize what is happening as a reaction to their moves.
Do they just understand that all the crypto world has been brainstorming clockwise to reorganize in case they’d shut up the network?
Do they really think it will all stop after just a word from them?
Isn't it obvious there is more imagination on our side than on their side?

In 1980, the *Minitel*, a French innovation, opened a gate towards internet: it was the first kind of special computer plugged on a telephone line and able to communicate with another one. Hence named mini-tel: a small computer like device specially created to send instant message to another on throughout phone cables.
To access a user, one had to type a 4 digit kind of code plus the name, the most current one being 3615.
Very soon we saw stickers flowering on every traffic light with girl names. 3615 Ulla remains in everyone’s memory, as the first adult messaging server.
I had a friend by that time who was built as a Golgoth.

Incredibly kind.
Found himself in need of cash at some point, so he enrolled in the Minitel Rose, where he was hired as a fake girl… I can’t help but smile thinking about all the pervs he cooled down without them knowing they were helped by a big hetero fridge like guy!😂😂😂

On the French side, the technological battle was over.
Today is a crucial day for the cryptocurrencies as a whole: a law is to be voted in European Parliament.
The MiCA: Markets in Crypto Assets. You can find the 159 pages of the final text that is going to be introduced this afternoon, (Monday 14th of March) at the end of this article. No doubt regulations must be done. But that is not what MiCA is about.
The question is not *Will they try to shut us down?*, we know they don’t want to loose control.
The question is *Who is going to profit from the opportunity and then leave the crypto or NFT market nearly dead?*
I wouldn’t bet on Salvador.
I would rather take a look on institutional whales that are heavy enough to manipulate the market. The ones who might massively ride the MiCA law to short Bitcoin (for exemple!) - a gamble we can all do now with the DeFi tools, and that they probably would prefer to keep for themselves.
No doubt that instead of helping build a more fair or more free world, once again, this old continent that is Europe shall loose itself in petty manipulations.
The talents are here: they’re just pressured to stop their development.
I’d like our governments to realize that no law can shut up that much creativity, that much opportunities and adrenaline shots.
It is time for them to move on, not for us to stop.

I do know how it feels being in a conflict and being mad, with violent ideas crossing my mind and the crazy desire to be so strong I would just have to threaten my opponents to get what I want.
But that is not the way I live.
When my boys fight, they both loose something.
When they negotiate and build something together they both win something.
That is the way our family goes on: we chose everyday and every moment to live together as brothers, instead of dying together as idiots (thanks Martin!). We try to speak out our problems and then look for a solution.
It is hard.
It takes time.
But it works.
Now comes the Ukrainien struggle.
On one hand, Russia.
On the other hand, it is not so clear: Ukraine, ok, but not only. There has been problems for quite while, it seems, and no one heard about it by then. I found some videos on YouTube from 2014 or 2015, showing parts of Donbas bombed by Ukrainian army: the Donbas people tend to be too Russian, some may say. Some say it is the other way round. Still, it started years ago for Ukraine but none else cared*.
So what is going on today for this conflict suddenly erased Covid-19 itself?
Generally, to understand a crime, one just has to follow the money. In our case, maybe that it all boils down to where Europe is going to buy it’s gas or petrol… (🤯)
But in our modern world it becomes a little more tricky, for money and technology are closely linked to emotional reactions and instant news. Those who control information manipulate people *and* their purse. Strike and Visa stop working with Russia? People buy Bitcoin.
Thus, Facebook also closes its doors to Russia.
In the Art of War, Sun Tzu talks about the motivation of the average people involved in war as a main key to succeed: the moral law. He writes:
« *The Moral Law causes the people to be in complete accord with their ruler, so that they will follow him regardless of their lives, undismayed by any danger*. »**
If none can figure out what really goes on, how can a man or a woman choose wisely it’s fights?
One of the latest horrors overwhelmed by antagonist point of views is the bombing of a maternity and child hospital in Marioupol.*** Was the building still operating for what it was meant, or has it been used as a cover for soldiers? Was the pregnant woman on the picture really under the bomb at that moment or was she just an influencer paid to pretend, as Russian authorities keep claiming?

Is there any cognitive bias settled by pervers media to make me believe this or that?
Being unable to figure out who’s the good guys and who’s the bad guys, I keep reading. I want my opinion to be mine, not the subconscious repeat of a whispered pre-made conclusion.
So I read about American strategic positions, I read about nuclear stations and bombs falling not exactly on it but still a little on it, about refugees (millions, already!) and about research centers as strategic targets…
And here is the absolut jewel of perversion****: the Russians say that the Americans want to use migrating birds as bacteriological missiles, spreading diseases during their seasonal move.
In other words: one says that his enemy is about to turn armless creatures into a mortal threat.
Birds, as a threat.
We are in a Hitchcock movie.
The idea is terrifying.
The message itself, another source of anxiety, since doubting has became a surviving issue in this data war.
The global atmosphere around all that: reeky.
In a way, that makes me think about FTM, who is still getting down: the news may be given by second zone informants, if you read it before you’d get relevant informations and fear gets into your brain, it will take energy and time to come back to reason. No matter how strong the FTM technology and network are, no matter how twisted were the news that made the value of the coin get down, it will take time and energy to get back to its normal development.
A time that is not being used to speak out problems and find the solution together.
At the end, all this is a massive waist of time and energy.
And I hope it won’t last too long, for there are more crucial battles to face.

Electro-magnetism and Web 3.0 connection.
Have you ever noticed weird connection issues around you?
Today, Twitter and discord had some momentaneous interruption, and I won’t get deeply into the troubles that poped up on various Centralized exchanges and blockchains.
The Russians?
The CIA?
Unless anyone around has technical answers, or some repentant spy could provide classified documents, I won’t put up theories. Just an exemple of those little disfunctions that can be real pains in the *assise*. You know them, don’t ya?
Wireless is a great technology.
I manage mostly everything from my smartphone.
Photo/video/montage.
Administrative papers.
Wallets, social networks, shopping list or (what a great invention!) music, with an external speaker that follows me in my old rusty car.
You name it!
But I have this issue with electro-magnetic equipment. I interfere unwillingly, depending of my level of stress. People who know me have seen it: if you want your computer / printer / credit card machin to work, I have to get out of the room. Even my kids know that if they piss me off, the speaker will drop down… 😅
Sometimes I dream of mastering this troublesome card life gave me, I portray myself in a Marvel drawing in front of my enemy’s door, snapping down all electrical supply and internet connections.
And I start laughing to the moon and the stars (yes, it happens by night, always).
But no.
No, IRL, there’s just the brand new BMW of my uncle that mysteriously starts beeping on the way back from funerals after he said something that turned me mad. We had time to park the car on the highway’s emergency lane, before it stopped for good. It never started again. Full electronic equipment. My uncle is a car professional. He never understood why his car stopped.
I do miss my time as a Patissier. Baking cakes and carving fruits all day long did suit me well.
Now, I see society changing so much… I cannot regret the turn I took when I understood I had to find a way to feed my kids from home, and started looking on the web. I kept digging, and I discovered a lot.
A lot of networks.
A lot of technics.
A lot of people.
A lot of ideas.
A lot to come, too.
Considering the madness of the world leaders, and the pain of the planet, none can predict what the markets will look like 50, or even 30 years from now. Even next week, none has a bit of a clue!
So I just try to meditate as much as possible: considering the external adversity, better have a *friend* on the inside…

Fantom ex machina?
I love the name of this coin.
Even more with its blockchain: *Fantom of the Opera*.
We are not in finance anymore, we enter a velvet theater, with heavy curtains and forgotten legends in some old chests…
Back to reality: despite the amount and the quality of projects built after Fantom, the rumor of its main developper leaving has crashed the curve: YFI from Yearn.Finance has lost 7,5 %, KP3R of Keep3r 24,4 %, and FTM 14,4 %…*
Back deeper in reality: there is no hateful break-up between the founder of the coin and his abandonned secretaries. Andre Cronje, also known as the Defi Architect (after building the Yield Protocol), has not disappeared surprisingly from a project that depended entirely on him. First, the CEO of Fantom is Michael Kong***, and the core team of the Fantom ecosystem counts 40 workers. Andre Cronje did bring a lot. But that’s not the way people hear it. The massive selling reaction prooves the feeling of abandonment in the investors’minds, and the panic it generates damaged the great man’s work.
I don’t think Fantom is dead.
I hope not: that’s my biggest bag!
I tend to think the ecosystem built around the core concept is able to manage the big FUD reaction, and once people will understand that they can survive without daddy Andre, Fantom will quietly join back its fellow coins and tokens to follow the latest developments of the Ukrainian crisis.
It is an emotional crash, not a rug. Not a hack.
Now there is one thing for sure with Defi: it reacts quick and sharp: yesterday evening already, some joker thrown a shitcoin as an answer to Mr Cronje’s move: the *f[..]k you Andre*: $FUANDRE***…….. (👻!)
Of course, the anger is down now and the token as well, but it is a truthful and honest emotional answer from the crypto world.

The NFT revolution… or the revolution of NFTs?
Web 3.0 has been settled as a counter-power towards societies of surveillance.
Decentralization.
Anonymity.
Transparency.
Obviously, dictatorial states and major companies try to get control back.
Recent events such as freedom convoy in Canada did receive massive support in Bitcoin when traditional methods of support have been shut down (pushing J. Trudeau to take measures towards crypto currencies!) Russian people massively bought BTC when the Rouble lost 30%, after western countries decided economic measures towards Russia…. and now, Ukraine accepts donations in Doge Coin…
I remember my grand mother telling me how German people had to buy 1 kg of potatoes, after world war 1: with a wheelbarrow of bank notes.
I know any money may fluctuate according to history.
As I know that money is the nerve of war…
What makes me laugh today is the little brother's part of that mess: the NFTs, and how they are massively happening, no matter what the story of what some already call World War III might be.
Do you recall this old Tom Cruise movie named Vanilla Sky? The question of virtual towards real was already crucial, long before Matrix and it’s famous red pill/ blue pill issue. While some fight for recovering their real life, some prefer the illusion.
If, on top of it, massive amount of people have no satisfying real life, the temptation of diving in a better virtual life becomes too hard to resist - would these people be locked in because of a virus or because of a bomb…
So if the key to exist in a virtual world is to get a registered jpeg, people will get a registered jpeg.
And now comes the game between artists, creators of these bright new identities, with their public.
For once since decades, there is no filter, just major hazards. Open Sea, Magic Eden or SolanArt are good market places to discover all the mad and amazing ideas that flourish these days, but with the change of Facebook to Meta, and Twitter working on the possibility to show a NFT in a special profile picture more creations will meet more and more people: Eminem buys a Bored Ape, the Bored Ape collection meets an unexpected public, and so does OpenSea.
I guess some people won’t like these ultra creative societies gathering people from all around the world together, but I do believe that artists have to drive their fellows into a common dream of a society. Only they can move people behind a vision, above politics and traditions.
That is my midnight hunch: not only shall NFTs revolution the way people show themselves on social medias, or reward more fairly the creators, or even spread out as keys for various virtual worlds… They can actually be the tool that unites common people from all around the planet to reinvent the world of tomorrow. In one question: what if a virtual world’s perfect society could become an exemple of how to organise real world better?….

Who’s Zat gIRL..?
I am a *Mom*.
I am a *Chef Pâtissier* (a little one, but a good little one).
I am a *photographer*, traditional Black and White.
So, basically, I am not the average millennial geek one might expect to find in the crypto spheres.
But life has that kind of jokes that sometimes sends people far away from where they thought they’d get.
In my case: the father of my kids took of for an island on the other side of the world.
It kind of ended up my career in pastry.
I had to find a job that would allow me to run to school if one of my boys was sick. So I tried to open some e-shops, only to realize how much a looser I am as a saleswoman.
Honestly: I always pitied salesmen. They can’t produce anything, so they have to sell things produced by others.. 😅
On the other hand, I loved team work, both with my kitchen colleagues and with my waitresses. When everyone does what he’s good at, and all those different talents go in the same direction, anything can be achieved.
*So, why should I talk about cryptos?*
**First**, because I mean to provide global news about the phenomenon.
I trust my friends to take a look here when they have sometime to spend on the topic. Many people around me do feel that something is happening, but most of them can’t get confortable with the issue - yet!
**Second**, because I’ve turned into a NFT addict, and as a photographer I do plan to put my black and white pictures of pirate vessels on the blockchain (and many more projects directly connected to Web 3.0, including one that should be ready by tomorrow!).
But before, I’d like to share some of the most amazing projects I’ve seen so far - and they are many coming up.
I’ll do my best to write everyday.
Can’t promise it will be in the morning or in the middle of the night… to be true I can’t even promise there will be a post per day..
Only thing for sure: when I shall report, I’ll give it my most sincere watch.
Now, when I am with my kids, I am with my kids - even if BTC drops down to $20,000.
I will write about things I like and things I don’t like.
I have no intention to provide any kind of financial advice or promote anything I’d be paid for. My approach about money is as described higher: I produce wealth with my hands. Money to me is not evil, it is just the next tool to exchange what I produce for something someone else has produced. It is not a goal in itself, as it is not something I despise.
As a knife, it depends on who holds it and for what.
