This is what we call here "Achuras". They are the kidneys, intestines and everything that's inside a cow prety much. Nothing goes to waste, we actually make a meal out of every part of the cow. :-) #Foods

Nice i've never tried achuras from chicken. We do eat chicken in all its forms but i do not consume the intestines and such. Do you have a picture or a recipe?
