My daily routine...!! Greeting to all .... Today i share my daily routine with my read dot cash family . Time ..... Time is a crucial factor in our life. Due to this, every work needs proper management. Without well-management, it will be difficult to carry out important work on time. However, it will also result in low self-productivity. To avoid such things, people mostly prefer to follow a routine. Whether you are a small kid, a grown-up student, or a working adult, everyone needs to follow a daily routine. Daily Routine A daily routine is like a pattern that people follow regularly. When we do the same things every day, we can better use our time. It makes a person's workload lighter. Everyone should have a fixed routine for each day. People do well in life when they do everything as per their routine. My daily routine I get up early in the morning at 5:30 am. I pray fajr and recite holy Quran . Then I brush my teeth and take a short walk to start the day. On returning, I study few hours. Then, I take shower and eat breakfast. After that, I go to University . My house is about 1 hour from my university . I use local transport . The university is where I spend most of my day. In the evening, I play outside for one to two hours. Then, I do all of my hometask or assignments and also study on my own. I eat dinner at 8 p.m. and get to bed at 9:30 p.m. Importance of Daily Routine Our daily routine is very important to us. With a daily routine, we can live our life on a set schedule and handle things better. It can help us improve the way we study and get better grades. A daily routine is very important and will make our day go more smoothly. It helps us to grow as a successful person. Conclusion . Having a daily routine is good but always sticking to it is more important. A daily routine is good for your health and makes your life easier. Good morning guyz . Happy friday . Today sun is clear . I hope today i bring sunbath . From last 4,5 days fog spread everywhere and no sun open clearly .but now weather looks very clear and clean . But today clouds cover sun and not allow sun to rise . Very cold day . And very hardly i leave my bed even no sun rise . Gajrala is my favourite sweet diah specially in winter . The winter is very very cold and fully with horrible fog. In this situation something need to fight with cold season . So gajrala is one of these dishes that is special dish for winter . Its very tasty and delicious . Do you like gajrala ??

Individual investors approach the markets from a very different perspective from institutions. Due to the size of an individual investor’s asset pool, he or she may not be able to tolerate short-term fluctuations in the stock market. One way to address this issue is through diversification. ~~Diversification~~. Diversification is a means of managing risk, and it is accomplished by mixing a variety of financial instruments within a single portfolio. The goal of diversification is to minimize the impact that the performance of any one security will have on the overall performance of the whole portfolio. As such, diversification lowers the risk associated with the portfolio. ~~Importance of diversification.~~ Diversification is a straightforward concept, the practical application can be quite complicated. Indeed, there are numerous complex formulas to demonstrate how diversification works. Still, for our purposes, a single brief example should help to clarify: Example. Imagine that you live on an island and there are only two companies making up the economy. One company sells sunscreen and one sells umbrellas. If you were to invest your entire portfolio in the company selling sunscreen, you would see strong performance during the sunny parts of the year, but poor performance when it rains. The reverse would occur if you placed all of your assets in the other company as well. Most investors would prefer to have steady and constant returns. The solution in this case might be to invest 50% in one company and 50% in the other. The result of this diversification is that you would have decent performance throughout the year, as opposed to excellent performance at one time and terrible at another. This example is overly simplistic, but it illustrates the way that diversification, when applied properly, can minimize risk and smooth out returns. ~~Here are the three main practices which can help to ensure optimal diversification of a portfolio:~~ 1. Divide your portfolio among multiple investment vehicles, such as cash, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and more. 2. Vary the level of risk in the securities in which you invest. This helps to reduce the impact of risks that are industry-specific. There is perhaps no single greater factor in helping an individual reach his or her long-term financial goals while minimizing risk than diversification. Still, though, diversification is not a fail-proof guarantee against loss. Virtually any investment takes on a certain degree of risk, regardless of how much diversification you employ. Many investors wonder how many stocks to buy in order to optimize their diversification. Portfolio theorists have suggested that the number seems to be around 20 securities. Essay writing Greeting to all guyz . Today i tell you about essay writing . Its like article writing . I hope yoy guyz must like it . What is an essay? Tom Kubiszyn and Gary Borich “...demands that the student compose a response, often extensive, to a question for which no single response or pattern of responses can be cited as correct to the exclusion of all other answers.” Introduction . Writing compositions, especially essays is an important part of the English language learning process in Pakistan. Both personal experience and observation show that the effectiveness of the composition and essay type questions is not properly utilized. Almost everything from teaching how to write essays to the construction of the essay-type question to its marking and grading involves problems . Essay questions are used to measure such abilities and skills as the objective test items cannot measure effectively. Essay questions help in achieving important learning objectives such as the ability to recall, select, organize, and express ideas, and the ability to provide rather than identify information. So, the essay questions are used for measuring complex learning objectives. Essay questions give students a degree of freedom. Students get the freedom of response,of selecting, relating information, and presenting ideas in their own words. This freedom, though it makes essay questions valuable, also creates difficulties. #For example, the essay item construction requires great care, it must contain validity, then, evaluating the answers is a difficult and time-consuming task, etc. However, the learning objectives achieved through essay questions are so valuable that the difficulties that such questions involve can be tackled. The present study focuses on the difficulty of obtaining scorer reliability. The unreliability of the scoring is perhaps the most serious limitation of the essay questions. Different teachers give different scores to the same answers to essay questions, the scores of even the same teachers vary if the scoring in done at different times. So there are great variations in scoring the same answer. The present study is an attempt to suggest an objective and reliable model of scoring for the fifteen marks essay question which the students of The Islamia University of Bahawalpur are required to attempt in the B.A. examination. In the subject of English (Language) which the students are required to pass as a compulsory subject, the students are asked to choose one item from a list of usually five extended-response essays. The present is an attempt to identify the elements/ components of the essay and to objectify the scoring of the free-response essay questions by suggesting a pattern to achieve inter-scorer reliability. Essays: Their learning outcomes: Essay questions may be more useful than objective items as they help in measuring certain complex learning objectives effectively. Kubiszyn and Borich (1990:101) list some of the learning outcomes for which essay questions may be used: • Analyze relationships • Arrange items in sequence • Compare positions • State necessary assumptions • Identify appropriate conclusions • Explain cause-and-effect relations • Formulate hypotheses • Organize data to support a viewpoint • Point out strengths and weaknesses • Produce a solution for a problem. ~~Advantages of Essay Tests:~~ i. They allow free response: This is perhaps the greatest advantage of this type of tests from the students’ point view. ii. They eliminate guessing: Because the students are required to recall and supply rather than select from the given information. iii. They are practical: Compared with multiple choice tests, the essay tests are easier to prepare and score, and take less time. That is why many teachers prefer them. iv. They reduce assembling time: They are easier to administer and conduct. v. They can measure divergent thinking: Because they give great freedom of response, they provide more chances of unusual responses reflecting divergent thinking. ~~Disadvantages of Essay Tests:~~ Essay tests have some serious flaws: i) They are difficult to score: While they are easier to score, they are difficult to score objectively. ii) They measure limited knowledge: A multiple choice test with greater number of items can measure wider area of knowledge than does an extended essay which measures limited aspects of knowledge. iii) They are time-consuming: They are time-consuming since students spend much time answering only one extended-essay question and the teachers spend many hours in reading lengthy essays.
