I have tried alot to make account of hive . But i am not success to make account . I have no idea why ? What error take place . Why is it not happening ? Ip quality score ? What is this ? Whats error . Guyz if you have any idea about this please tell me guide me .

I have the same issue. When I try to sign-up at Hive/Ecency. Same dialog box that pops up.
Many people are facing this problem I don't know why
