What is self-determination? Everything seems very simple: self-determination is the definition of oneself, role, value, status, and place in this world. Personal self-determination precedes the vital and professional, closely related to the question, "Who am I?" In society, you often have to wear masks and sometimes live with them all your life, which suits you. Even when a person thinks he is behaving the same way at home and in public, he is cunning. If no one looks at us, our true Self is revealed. What is harmonious self-determination? It is a positive assessment of the present, when a person is satisfied with what is happening to him now, looks to the future positively and is confident that all his plans will come true. The lag of self-determination is marked by satisfaction with the present, but with fear of the future, fear of change in life. This can trigger the development of self-doubts.What is self-sufficient self-determination? He is characterized by a positive assessment of the present, but irresponsibility for the future, the hope that everything will be decided by himself or that someone will help. Negative self-determination is dissatisfaction with the present, everything that is happening in the moment is considered wrong and unfavorable. There are no plans for the future, everything is done by necessity and in the hinterland. Defensive self-determination is dissatisfaction with the current situation, which a person interprets as temporary problems. We see the future as positive and with many prospects for self-realization. I think only in my job I allow my boss to order me what to do.Otherwise I am independent woman.I respect others opinion but I make my own decisions.
