প্রতিনিয়তই আমাদের চারপাশে অনেক শ্রমিকরাই লীড পয়জনিং এ আক্রান্ত হচ্ছে বিভিন্ন কারখানায় কাজ করতে যেয়ে,, তাই আজকে আমরা জানবো এই পয়জনিং সম্পর্কে জেনো নিজেরা এবং আশেপাশের মানুষদের সতর্ক করতে পারি 😊। ☢lead: heavy steel- gray metal. ☢ poisonous form/compound of lead : metallic lead & all its salt. 🔴🔴 fetal dose : lead acetate ➡20gm, lead carbonate➡40gm 🔴🔴fetal period: 1-2 days. ⭕⭕chronic lead poisoning sources : ▶lead dust & vapour: paint,battery, dye cosmetics পুড়ানোর মাধ্যমে তৈরী হয়। ▶lead pipe : lead pipe দিয়ে প্রবাহিত পানির মাধ্যমে। ▶lead lining container এ সংরক্ষিত খাদ্য ▶vermilion, dye.. Etc. ⭕written & viva এর জন্য অনেক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ question হচ্ছে pumbism /saturnism ⭕ ♻♻plumbism : chronic exposer of lead is called plumbism. ☢☢signs & symptoms of plumbism :

(মনে রাখার সুবিধার্থে ইংরেজি বর্ণমালার ক্রমানুসারে সাজানো-) 🔰A = Anemia,abortion anorexia,optic Atrophy 🔰B = burtonian line : a strippled blue line is seen at the gums in 50-70% cases. it is due to formation of lead sulphide by the action of hydrogen sulphide formed by decomposed food in the mouth. 🔰C = cerebral oedema,constipation. 🔰D = wrist drop(lead palsy),foot drop (🌿🌿* lead palsy: এক্ষেত্রে ১.tremors,numbness,hyperesthesia, cramps থাকে ২.বয়স্কদের বেশী হয় ৩.সাধারণত wrist এর extensor muscle গুলো affected হয়। ৪. paralysis is associated with digeneration of nerves & atrophy of muscles.🌿🌿) 🔰E = lead Encephalopathy 🔰F = facial pallor 🔰G = gonadal dysfunction 🔰H = hypertension, hallucination 🔰I = infertility, insomnia. 📛বিঃ দ্রঃ mess line হয় chronic arsenic poisoning এ এবং burtonian line, chronic lead poisoning এ. Blood level reaction to Lead:

☢☢route of entry: ♻1.inhalation :ধূলা এ উপস্থিত tiny lead particles or fume শ্বাস- প্রশ্বাসের সাথে lungs এ প্রবেশ করে এবং রক্তে মিশে যায়। ♻২.ingestion : food,fingers,cigarettes,toys etc এ উপস্থিত lead can be swallowed. এছাড়া ও inhalation এর মাধ্যমে দেহে প্রবেশ করার পর lungs এ না গিয়ে যখন upper respiratory tract এ আটকে থাকে,, সেটিও swallowed হতে পারে। ⭕⭕lead poisoning এ মৃত্যুর কারণ : ➡in acute poisoning : - hypovolemic shock & gastroenteritis. - septic shock ➡in chronic poisoning : - malnutrition - infection - respiratory & renal failure - encephalopathy. 📛📛treatment of acute poisoning : ➡1.gastric lavage দেওয়া হয় with 1% solution of sodium /megnesuim sulphate ➡2. Demulcents ➡3.the combination of B.A.L and calcium disodium versenate or DMSA is effective. ➡4 penicillamine. ➡5.symptomatic treatment. ⭕⭕postmortem apperances of acute poisoning : ▶acute gastroenteritis এর signs উপস্থিত থাকে ▶mucosa of stomach maybe thickened and softened with eroded patches and may be covered with a greyish-white deposit. আজকের জন্য এটুকুই থাক 😊।ভুলক্রটি ক্ষমাসুন্দর দৃষ্টিতে দেখবেন ।
