Chikhen pox,mumps and yellow fever

♦️Chikhen pox♦️ 🛑Chikhen pox কিভাবে হয়?🤔 ✅ Varicella zoster virus দিয়ে Droplet contact এর মাধ্যমে ছড়ায়।😣 🎴Host :Man 🎴Incubation period:2-3 weeks(14-17days) 🃏Varicella zoster virus এর মাধ্যমে হয় বলে একে.."Varicella"ও বলা হয়।🤗 সাধারণত গরমের শুরুতে বেশী হয়। 🛑Clinical features গুলো কি কি?🤔 ✅Clinical course of chicken pox কে দুটি stage এ ভাগ করা হয়। 🔶Pre-eruptive stage: ▶️Mild to moderate fever. ▶️Pain in the back. ▶️Shivering ▶️Malaise. 🔶Eruptive stage: বাচ্চাদের ক্ষেএে rash টাই তাদের 1st sign. 1️⃣Distribution: ➡️Rashe গুলো symmetrical হয়।😣 ➡️প্রথমে Trunk এ appear করে। ➡️এর পর face,arms আর যেখানে less abundant এ থাকে। ➡️Mucosal surface affected হয়। ➡️Axilla affected হতে পারে। ➡️palm and soles সাধারণত affected হয় না। 2️⃣Rapid evolution stage: ➡️Macule ➡️papule ➡️Vesicle ➡️Scab. 3️⃣Pleomorphism:Rash এর সব stage গুলো একসাথে দেখা যায়।😣 4️⃣ Fever:সাধারণত Rash appear এর ১-২ দিন আগে আসে।Rash বাড়ার সাথে সাথে জ্বরের তীব্রতাও বাড়তে থাকে।😣 🛑কি কি Complications হতে পারে? ✅1️⃣Haemorrhage 2️⃣Pneumonia 3️⃣Encephalitis. 4️⃣Acute cerebral ataxia. 5️⃣Reye's syndrome. 6️⃣Congenital defect and malformation. 7️⃣Oncogenecity 8️⃣Skin infection 9️⃣Septicemia. 🔟Septic arthritis. 🛑Prevention করবো কিভাবে? ✅🔹Varicella-Zoster immunoglobulin: immuno-suppressed person দের, 72 ঘন্টার মধ্যে দিবো। 🔹Vaccine: 12-18 মাস বয়সী বাচ্চাদের দিবো। 🐱One attack gives lifelong immunity.. 😇 🔰কিন্তু,Chicken pox বৃদ্ধ বয়সে আবার reappear করতে পারে,তাই একে Latent infection বলা হয়।😥 আর তখন এই disease কে Shingles বলা হয়। ♦️Mumps♦️(Figure:2) 🛑প্রথমে জেনে আসি,Mumps কি?🤔 ✅Mumps হচ্ছে acute infectious disease. Characterised by,Fever,tenderness and localized swelling of one or more of the salivary glands. 🧐অর্থাৎ, জ্বর থাকবে,সাথে একটি বা তার বেশী salivary gland এ swelling থাকবে।😣 আর extra salivary- র মধ্যে, Testis,pancreas,ovaries,CNS,prostate. 🎴Mumps.. Mumps virus(paramyxovirus group এর সদস্য) infected person এর saliva-র মাধ্যমে ছড়ায়।😥(Droplet infection) 🎴incubation period:2-3 weeks.(average:18days) 🃏Mumps কে infectious parotitis ও বলা হয়।☺️ 🛑কি কি Complications হতে পারে?😥 ✅🔶Frequent complication: 1️⃣Orchitis 2️⃣Pancreatitis 3️⃣Meningo-encephalitis 4️⃣Thyroiditis 5️⃣Neuritis 6️⃣Myocarditis 🔶Rare complication: 1️⃣Bilateral orchitis lead to sterility. 2️⃣Diabetes. 🔶Rarer complication: 1️⃣Nerve deafness 2️⃣Polyarthritis 3️⃣Cerebellar ataxia. 4️⃣Encephalitis 5️⃣Facial palsy. 🛑Prevention কিভাবে করবো?😊 ✅1️⃣Vaccination: MMR vaccine দিবো। Dose:0.5ml(single dose)💉 Route of administration :IM 2️⃣Immunoglobulin:Specific immunoglobulin (Ig M)is available. 😊 ♦️Yellow fever♦️(Figure:3) 🛑Yellow fever কি?🤔 ✅It is severe and life threatening disease. it is viral infection transmitted by the bite of infected female aedes aegypti mosquito. 😣 এটি একটি Zoonotic Disease. Yellow fever সাধারণত Togavirus family-র arbovirus এর জন্য হয়ে থাকে। 😥 🎴central part of africa,west indies south, central America তে বেশী দেখা যায়। 😥 🎴incubation period:3 to 6 days. 🛑Clinical feature গুলো কি কি?🤔 ✅➡️Yellow skin ➡️High Fever ➡️Severe headache ➡️Muscle pain ➡️Anorexia ➡️Nausea ➡️Vomiting ➡️Albuminuria accompanied by haemorrhages fron stomach, nose and mouth. 🛑Prevention কিভাবে করবো?🤔 ✅Vaccination: Yellow fever vaccine.(17Day vaccine) Dose:0.5ml💉 Give subcutaneously. 🐱Gives life long immunity.😇
