To be great, you have to be with people, not over them. The people we interact with are fighting battles we know nothing about, so we must always, even if it's not easy, be kind. As strange as it may seem, small details often make the difference. Let's not deny that there are people who, because of their flaws, complexes or projections, make it difficult for others and enjoy stepping on their toes and watching those around them fall. This can make one feel a false sense of superiority.
