"cat fish for dinner" we called it "hito" Have you tried to eat crispy cat fish? It's my second time to eat this kind of food. The vendor sell it for 240/kilo. And they will be the one to cooked it too. I remember before one of our friend used to put it with coco milk and it taste good too, but now, it taste crispy, and has a tender kind of flesh.It's good with rice, and FYI our rice was over, (ubos talaga ang kanin, kulang pa nga), masarap talaga. Crispy na Kasi ito, dahil niluto sa mantika, Kaya need talaga NG knin,di ko pa natikman Yong adobo.

Heeheeh, ako din ayoko talaga nito dati eh, Kasi pag tiningnan ko pa Lang parang ayoko sa itsura, pero masarap pala.
