I took this photo awhile ago even the phone battery charge was low, so I didn't make to share or post it here immediately,I need to charge it off. After 1 hour of charging I pulled it out, morning isn't over yet so I can still catch up posting. This is my breakfast earlier, as you can see there are two types of energen packages, the one I usually drink is this energen with oats. I saw another type of energen so I wanted to try the taste, it taste a bit sweeter than the other one I don't like it taste. I was just curious I thought it tastes better than what I usually used to drink. Good morning!

It's quite a long time that I didn't take energen with oats. I think this time I wanna get back in drinking it to aid me in my hyper acidity.
