I told you before that the sim of my old gcash account was broken and I lost it, last night I was rummaging through the contents of my bags I saw the sim of my old gcash, it was in my unused wallet and I also kept the zinc package. It's fun to know how I took care of these things. Now I have two options on how to get the fund in the old gcash account. One option is to transfer to my new account but I still need to provide a notarized affidavit of loss and resubmitt the ID and etc. Another option is going to the smart business center to get repair or replace the sim. What do you think is the best option?

Best option po punta po kayo sa smart center inquire po kau dun alm ko po pinpalitan lng po nila yan..diko lng po sure kung may byad..

For me mam is yong second option po. Still mam yong choice nyo pa rin po ang masusunod po👍👍

You can go to the smart business center nay, to change your simcard with the same number. Just bring that sim tray, valid ID and tell them that you have an account of gcash using that number. They will change your simcard with the same number for free.
