Not comfortable with my feeling, I have runny nose, teary eyes and sometimes coughing. This morning, my youngest daughter told me that her throat got itchy too and asked me if we have Calamansi then she made a juice for her to drink. I went too to the nearest drug store and bought a pack of strepsil candy. Climate change are one of the causes of this spreading viruses. I hate coughing it makes my chest ached and peed sometimes.

its so hard really to get sick, so annoying.. maybe the cause of it, is the constant change of weather.
Kami din po ngayon sa bahay. Last week pa nagumpisa sa husband ko. Tinrangkaso sya tapos sobrang dry cough na pagumubo eh grabeng kati daw ng throat nya. Ako naman ang sumunod ngayon. Nagcoconcert na kami ngayon. Kaya lumabas muna kami ng bahay ngyon pra makalanghap ng fresh air. Get well soon po, more liquids nga lang po talaga and iwas sweets din muna.
