Construction Worker I am one of the construction worker. Working in a day and sometimes at night My daily rate is just 600 per 8 hours . When I'm at the age of 14 I worked as a construction worker, why is it that I'm too young to work? "Simple answer poverty" I worked at the young age my daily rate is just 120 per 8 hours . Before 120 pesos is a big help for me not just for and for my family I used my salary to save it on my upcoming class . My parents is just a vendor and my father stoped working because of injury he have when he worked at gmall bajada davao city he fall from 3 floor to ground floor . There are lot of position in construction and what are these and their specialties? "LETS START AT THE BOTTOM" "LABORER or HELPER" - they were the one who tasked being a runner , a hauler , hard labor , mixing , cleaning and heavy duties but they were the one who have the smallest salary. "Masonry" - their task and specialty in filling hollow blocks , concreting, plastering , and edging . Their salary depend on their skills.

"Tile setter" - their specialty is beautification of the flooring and c.r .. their specialty is tiles , bricks, marmle , toilet bowl , it depends on what the employer needs . Their salary is based on skills sometimes they where preferred on contracting. "Carpenter" - there are two types of carpenter .one is carpenter on housing and carpenter finisher. "Carpenter in housing is preferred laddered , formworks , and bridging. "Carpenter finisher is preferred on cabinet , Finished products , doors , design. Carpenter finisher is much more demand on furnitures and have much more salary. "Painter" -painter is demand in high rise building or housing .they are the one made the house much more beautiful and attractive. "Welder" -welder is in need on mechanical and industrial works , their specialty is based on metal to joint in like pipes for sprinkler, if there a building to build expect there's a welder to work. "Steel man" - there specialty is metal from word steel man meaning there's a metal involved. There are two types of steel man. Steel man installer and steel man fabricator "Steel man installer" is the one on in need in installing formbars in a building they are the one who will always on the verge of death they are the one always prone to danger first is heat stroke , falling, electrocution, and breaking their bones. "Steel man fabricator" is the one form a bars in the fabrication area thier job is under the roof but there a lot of accident during cutting the steel bars.

"Roof installer" - they where assigned to installed the roof and downspout. "Pipe fitter" -they where assign on installing pipes for c.r . Water lines and pipe on down spout. " Electrician" -they were assign on wiring, circuit breaker,switch of light , receptacle.. wire lines . "Leadman" - leadman is assign to lead the worker on what they were doing . This job requires good moral character and patience. "Foreman" - foreman is assigned to assigned the worker on what has to be done. It is also assigned on whole plan on the building or housing or drainage to be build. " Time keeper" -assigned on time and salary to release. "Warehouseman" - is assigned on materials to be need . Materials request , release and received. " Driver and operator" - the on who delivered the materials.

"Safety officer" -the one who secured the ppe of the workers. "Spy" -the one who gossip on the boss. "Enngeneer" - the one who manage the buildingor houses. "Architect" - the one who designed the house, building , and open canal. "Contractor" -the one who contract the building.
