I'm currently preparing vegetables for the "Pancit Cantoon" I'll cook later at pick hour or later at lunchtime. This are just only cauliflower, baguio beans, carrots and sayote.🥕🥦 My duty will be 24 hours today from this morning at 6 am until tonight at 9 pm. So I have to prepare the ingredients for what I will cook so that I don't have a hard time if many orders are given to me as a cook. It's my partner's birthday today here in the kitchen and he was supposed to come in later at 12 noon but he won't be able to come in because he will be celebrating his birthday with his family. I hope my body can handle 14 hours duty but I'm sure I can handle it.😊
