I'M REALLY HAPPY NOW! 😊😁😀 I start my work tomorrow, tomorrow at 6 am to 3 pm. I’m happy because I’ve finally found a job that’s just close to my loved ones and there’s no need to go away to take risks. Although, the salary here is small compared to my previous job but I am close to my family and I can see them every day. Thanks God! 👨👩👦🙏

It seems like today is probably the best time I've been awake in the morning since we came home to the province. I was even ahead of my alarm clock that I should wake up at 4 o'clock. FEELING TIRED! 😔 I just came home from my new job, first day of my job so it all seems a bit new to me and I'm feeling bit tired. All I had to do is to get to know and get along with the people I'm working with. Arrogant colleagues are really unavoidable. But I know that as I take this job I will get to know them and in a lot of job and company I've been worked I have met many different people so I am used to it.

My duty at work is over and not like yesterday that I was so tired because I was assigned earlier in the kitchen because they wanted me to train in cooking fastfood meals. Within a day of being on duty in the kitchen I immediately learned something like cooking cantoon noodles, “pork porridge”, “adobo”, “sarsiado” and fried chicken. A VERY MUDDY ROAD! The road is very difficult now in our Barangay because it is currently under construction. It's been almost three months like this muddy so when there is nothing to buy in town, it's really boring to go out. This afternoon, someone cut down a tall coconut tree here near our house, so my mother immediately took the core to make a vegetable. It is called "ubod" in our area where it is the center of the buttom of coconut leaves that are still soft and can be eaten immediately and can also be made into lumpia and vegetables. That's why the space in the store kitchen is a bit crowded because there is a new chiller that has been placed for the vegetables that will be used in the kitchen. This is a great way to keep vegetables fresh and not spoil right away.

I have to take a day off from work today but because there is a lack of crew in the kitchen, I was not allowed to take my rest day. Our firewood is running low so because it was still later my work time so I looked for dry wood for firewood for a few days. Gas is too expensive now for the stove so it is better to use wood.

The fresh "buko" is so delicious😋. I climbed by myself the coconut tree to get some fruit for me to eat because almost all of them were busy. EXERCISE makes our body feel warm and healthy, this is the reason why I'm always do exercise every morning. I feel very cold every time I wake up in the morning so before I eat my breakfast I do exercise first I feel energized and I feel a little warmer. WE HAD A GOOD DINNER WITH DRIED FISH AND NOODLES. Most of us really want to eat fresh meat, vegetables, fish and fruits. But we have ways to preserve them so that they can be eaten even if it takes a few months. Like fish, it is simply washed well and salted and exposed to the sun to dry. Yesterday there were people who came here to the house and handed out this coffee, they said it was new. I just woke up and I woke up late because I think I fell asleep at almost 1 in the morning because we went to the sea last night to catch shrimp and fish. The sea is a bit far from us, so on the way, we spend about 25 to 30 minutes. We caught a lot, with fish, shrimp and crabs. It's still raining hard outside so this is why the weather is so cold this morning. My work duty time which is 6 in the morning is near but I haven't been able to take a bath yet because the water in the bathroom seems to be freezing. I really need to take a bath every day because my work environment is hot. This is the difficult part of living in a village here in the province during rainy season. BREAKFAST IS READY! 🍳😊 While my food was on fire and currently cooking I was accompanied by lifting my 50 lbs. dumbell for my tricep and shoulder. One of the factors why many people are lazy to exercise every morning is because of the cold weather we seem to not want to move and we just want to be in bed all the time. But me, I train myself to lift something to make me sweat so that my body does not weaken quickly. And now my breakfast is ready, come on guys eat with me.😋

This is what my siblings are playing now, a game that could double your money. I know this is not a legal game because it has no government tax and it is a gamble. An unknown person owns it and they put it in about every store in a place for free and it seems like 20% maybe goes to the store-owner and 80% to the owner. IT'S ONLY NOW THAT I'VE BEEN ABLE TO SUNBATHE IN THE MORNING AGAIN FOR ALMOST A FEW WEEKS.☀️ It was still dark because I was leaving home to go to work. Another rainy day!🌧️☔ This is really what I dislike every time it rains because this part of our yard that has not been cemented becomes muddy. My mother really wants the cementing to end here because this is the reason why it becomes muddy when it rains. But if I was the only one who could decide on this yard, instead of cement, I would just plant this a carabao grass, the grass we see in the plazas.
