Good morning, my dear noize family! The day before yesterday, my husband and I decided to celebrate my birthday once again (hehe, now every culinary outing has a plausible excuse😄) and went to our favorite Oriental restaurant. My husband ordered pilaf (biriyani) and I chose the Georgian dish chakhokhbili. Its ingredients: chicken, tomatoes and spices (cilantro, basil, onion, garlic, red hot pepper, hops-suneli). It was very yummy😍 I like the idea of serving a hot dish in an earthenware dish that retains the heat for a long time. This small Georgian clay frying pan is called "ketzi" and I dream of someday having several of these on the farm😊 Happy weekend and pleasant events to you!❤ #food #positivevibes

Looks good though different from the biryani I'm more familiar with
This is chakhokhbili, biriyani didn't get into the shot😊
Oh I see.
That looks good for a birthday. The color looks spicy too
I think this is the most appetizing color😄
