Yesterday's trip to a restaurant for dinner, where we said goodbye to a "no-cuckoo era", was great. We ordered a bottle of wine and our favorite dishes, but surprisingly, delicious hot lavash (Caucasian flatbread baked in a tandoor) wasn't available. "All lavash was taken, - the waiter complained, "you can't imagine how many people there were today!" Apparently, we were not the only ones who saw off the old century in our favorite restaurant. And here is a photo of a Georgian dish called "chakhokhbili". It is somewhat reminiscent of "chashushuli" (I told you about it here - https://noise.cash/post/0knpm49s4z96), but here is chicken instead of beef. And so the same delicious fiery gravy, seasoned with cilantro. After dinner, we decided to go to the cinema for the fullness of impressions. It was a movie "No Time To Die" with Daniel Craig as James Bond and the magnificent Ralph Fiennes and Rami Malek. We came home at night and in the morning, on the way to work, I drove my stop and walked along the highway through a snow-and-rain mess😂 #originalcontent #food
