How i lose weight from 78 to 57kg.
If you have plan you should do it as early as you can because if you do it later your courage become weak and it will not be succesful .this is what is happening to me now .
Like this scenario Easy planning to go on diet but hard to start .my current weight is 69 my height is 5"2 . My weight created me a problem now for i have no clothes fit to wear.i would love to wear sexy clothes like those trends clothes fashionable clothes but mostly those fashionable clothes dont fit with my big body .i always say tomorrow i wont eat rice ,bread ,pasta and soda i go on exercise but i found my self lying in bed holding my cellphone whole day or i'm in snack house ordering high carbohydrates foods. My diet Tomorrow become next tomorrow became in a few days a week a month until year .
the result of my greatness is my over weight body .this is i got on enjoying high carbohydrates high on sugar and salty foods.
Why its Easy to be fat and hard to lose weight.this is the most common problem among women around the world. Me. And my sister planning to lose weight to do exercise.but sad to say that those plans remain only in our mind. Let me share with you may 2019 lose weight journey.
Last 2019 i try on no rice diet or some called it a keto diet . i didnt eat rice for one year or more than a year i only eat meat, eggs, vegetable and less in sugar and salt foods. I dont have any exercises. So what did i do to lose weight from 78kg down to 57kg hmmmm seems interesting right? Let me tell you this secret because many people wonder what did i do to become skiny .
first is discipline,. You should discipline your self eat breakfast,lunch,and dinner you should maintain your eating time and you should know what healthy foods that your going to eat. Black coffee with chia seeds without sugar or if you want something sweet on your coffee use stevia or equal sugar and also eggs the miracle food in keto diet it is the best .
why i say it that egg and black coffee is the miracle food if your on keto .
because if you eat those food that i mention above you can easily full and you didnt feel hungry. Diet is fun on i enjoy the deliciuos food like burger opps not just usual burger that we buy in a bakery but a low carbohydrates burger found in keto store .Also a milktea chicken, pork ,fish in deffirent recipe. But now sad to say that i'll be back again where did i start 😞 im feel like i'm fat again😭
So i need to say this to my self Keep going, and don't worry about your speed.
Your making progress, even if it doesn't seem like it. Progress even if you lose .001 still we can call it progress

Unexpected
May 25,2022 . Early in the morning i do my morning routine .and the grab the key of the store and open it. I clean the store , organized and check the expiry date and i also check what product is missing for me to buy .
When i'm done my work in a store i try to call my sister to inform her that i want to go to the stream to gather shrimps and fish . But my sister not available.she need to go to school to bring her son.by the way face to face class is already implemented here in our place. So decided to stay at home since i dont have companion to go to stream and it is so boring if i go alone .
But suddenly my brother came here in the store to buy onions, salt ,vinegar,and other seasoning.so i ask if for what those seasoning and he told me that he want to go to stream to catch fish together with his friend leonard and polmon . So i told my brother edwin that i want to go with them and told me that they go first and i follow. (By the way i really enjoy eating and swimming in the stream together with my family and friends).so They go and i prepared also on what to bring like clothes in the stream i bought fish i brought a charcoal ,matches.i bring fish because even if my brother didnt catch a fish we are still food to eat.I go together with my nephew the river is near from my house we waited my brother at below the bridge . For a almost half hour my older brother came from them down to catch fish . Im glad that they catch fish so we can make grill fish 👏👏👏. Suddenly there are people coming . it is my sister,my mother my niece and nephew they bring rice ,a water to drink and even manggo . together we create a bonding even in this simple way of bonding i thought they dont come because i know they are busy and they still have job in thier house .we grill the fish and some shirmp we swim,eat together then talk happily then maybe one to two hours of swimming we go home .
At night together with my mother and sister we dicided to eat outside in one restaurant in our town.the taste of their food is delicious but affordable. We enjoy the foods the music and the server is very friendly the Children really. Enjoy our dinner.

Even though we dont have a big money but still happy .because we agree and support its other opinion and the lord is the center of our lives.is not a hendrance being a poor to have a happy family as long as there is unity and cooperation to each other . Love your with all your heart for no one can replace your family wherever you look for it.

Hey! May i remind you that your feelings are valid. ok! So please let me start this.The life of OFw child is not easy as many people think . They think that if your parents is in overseas your happy and contented because your parents will provide all your needs clothes,latest gadgets,motor cycle beautiful house,helper, and you can also buy delicious foods ,you can travel if you want that you don't need to work hard to get all those things mentioned above because your parents already provided it.but sad to say not only the material thing make the child happy . children needs the parents hug and kisses ,need a comfort , feel secure,and a parent who wipe their tears if they are sad. the child wants the presence of the mother and father during thier special days like birthday, christmas day ,graduation day and wedding day and any other occations that the child needs a precense of thier parents.A child needs her/his family beside them but unfortunately it wont happen because some children dont have a father to lean on. dont have a family to talk to. dont have a mother to wait for.some of the children who is expected also to have a secured future is gone .Some of the ofw child abandone by his/her own mother and make a family abroad some of the ofw child expected that one day he/she can see her parent going home and spend the day together with a family .As a person please let us aware why their are people being sensitive or being cruel because we dont know the battle that they try to survive its either from family background or the trials that going to surpass.and some children still hoping that one day they can tell their mother all the achievements that they gain in school . the longgingness of the love and care that they endure just to understand that their parents is in abroad preparing for the future . A child who is praying and tell god that one day i will not allowed my parents to work abroad i will study hard and finish my studies so that i will be the one who work for my parents and i will return all the hardships of my parents just to give me a good life and a good future. And a child who always wish that one day i will make my parents proud of me . People working abroad feel the same thing if they have a choice they dont want to leave thier childen . Big salute to an ofw child and ofw working abroad parents. But Remember that true wealth is not measured by money and property true wealth is created a good relation to god,good health and a happy family.

Hi Good day , my name is Renalyn 29 years old , I like reading books and waching fantacy movies .my hobbies is singing although my voice is not so perfect but still i'm happy when im singing it will change my mood 😌 . I love to travel different places, to go beach eating delicious food and have fun with my friends and family.I grow up in a family of farmers i also help my parents in farming like planting rice and vegetables. My father died year 2017 month of february. Thats the very painful i've experience in my entire life my father died and i can't see him forever. My mothers name is angelina she is a farmer also she is beautiful at the age of 63 she's very supportive mother and understanding towards my decision . My mother is a senior but for me my mother is still in young and fresh like teenagers 🌟And i love her so much and i will do anything for my mother i can't imagine myself without my mother . i am beyond bless because god give me a very hard working and loving parents towards their children.even my fathers left us but life must go on we need to fight for the battle of life to continue our life without my father and i know that he is happy now with our heavenly creature. Now im 29 I am Bachelor of science in industrial technology (BSIT) graduate but i also graduate in bachelor of science in secondary education major in technology and livelihood education. When i finish my course in college i work in manila for almost five years but beacause my salary will not enough for my family . I decided to go the middle east area which is saudi arabia for two years as a domistic helper. Being an OFW is not easy and happy as others think i am far from my family and friends and i need to adapt their culture the climate the foods the attitude of your employer the work .although the salary will provide my needs and my family but you are far from your family if you got sick no one will take care of you if you are happy or sad your family will not be their to cheer you up.F Now im 29 years of age currently managing our small business .last January 30,2022 I take licensure examination for teachers and thanks god that he guide me and enlightened my mind during the exam. I pass the licensure examination for teacher. Now i am preparing my documents for my license because i want to apply in public school .and by the way i love childrens.
