Gloomy All Day
Rain all day. Nothing to do. Feeling the cold, nice to sip coffee all day.
Good morning! Heavy rain as I woke up. I think there is a typhoon, maybe. Stay safe to those who needs to go out to work.
Cryptocurrency is real.
Good morning Sunday! Hope everyone is fine. What a day to begin new journey, changing lifestyle, be motivated.
Cheers to read.cash community! ☕
After the Congress denied the petition of ABA CBN for their franchise renewal, many became sad especially the employees of the company. But, maybe, time will come that they will bounce back and learned from what happen and change whatever mistakes it has done.
On the other note. I was sitting on our garage and I glanced at the notebook placed on the table with a handwritten in it. It iss my husband's penmanship. Guess what?? I get inlove with it upon seeing. ❤️❤️❤️❤️😍😍😍 Hahaha My heart beats fast that I really get so 'kilig'... The feelings... Haha And, my husband is upstairs working. What a day, fulk of love!
Life is full of uncertainties and everday should be cherished.
Write. Write. Write. It widens our horizon especially our vocabularies like me where English is my second language.
A brand new day. Yesterday may not be a day we prayed for, TODAY is a great day to claim that this is it. A fruitful and enjoyable one. Have an awesome Wednesday, read.cash community!
How have you been?
Today, another chance to make it fruitful. Hoping to write another content, Writtle with passion and fashion. Hahaha chos! Nit a good writer though, just 'feeling'...
How's everyone? I have been quiet the past days as a bit busy. Anything interesting you wanna share? Am far yet so near and excited to hear from you. I am a good listener.
I have been reading articles in different communities and am amazed by the fact that there are a lot of good writers. And so, I am learning from them, too. Keep writing and have fun.
Looking forward....
Every day, I have been looking forward to positive things that might happen. These past months were devastating and, still until today.
No one knows when will this pandemic ends. Everyone is frustrated already especially to those who are no longer working. Waking up everyday is becoming complicated as to do to earn an income to feed the family.
On the other hand, looking forward to the future that it will bring after this crisis ends hopefully sooner.
Every lost jobs, businesses, family member, etc will rise stronger, steadfast, and learned.
It may not be halfway but looking at the furtherance of it, this shall come to pass.
Absolutely...
I have been to different sites online trying to find a part time job. Actually, there are a lot and am not sure if they are legit or what not. I see free mining sites, some are legit, some are not according to the reviewers who tried the site. There are also mining sites where you need to invest as Cryptocurrency is getting higher and higher.
I am looking for a job not looking to where I can invest.
Guess what? This read.cash came my way. A free site where you publish good contents of ideas and that you get paid. This is the ONLY site so far that I get paid everyday.
How amazing, right? As they say, blessings come at the right place and at the right time. During this pandemic period that I need also to do something to have an income even how small or how big it is.
Life of a Farmer
As they say, farmers are the backbone of the nation. Well, it's true. We do not have have food to place on the table when there are no farmers.
Being a farmer is one of the hardest job. What made me say? Beacuse, I am a daughter of a farmer. My dad, my uncles, aunties, cousins are farmers. I see how hard to wake up early, prepare your tools, walk for 20 minutes to an hour just to reah the farm and with that ypu are already tired.
I see how hard to produce rice starting from cleaning the ricefields, planting, fixing and cleaning the paddy until the time for harvest. It will take 2 months for preparation and wait for another 2 to 3 months until the grains are ready for harvest. It is really tiring and exhausting doing all those things because working inside the ricefields is not easy especially that the mud is heavy. You need to exert a lot of effort and strengt just to make a paddy.
But, the rewarding part is when the grains are harvested, turned into rice. Then, we now have our own produced rice served on our table. When there are plenty of harvest, it can also be sold to the market.
Farmers not only plant rice but vegetables also. Another way of earning an income. Examples of what my family plant are the baguio beans or generally green beans, string beans, pechay baguio, chinese pechay, legumes, sweet potatoes, potatoes, tomatoes, pumpkins and many more vegetables that can be sold.
Many farmers sent their children to school, finished a degree because of the hardwork. Others also built their houses because of farming.
Nowadays, there is no easy job and farming is one of the hardest jobs.
I salute all the farmers out there for their unending and never exhausted job just to provide the food we eat everyday.
Kudos.

Real Cash
Today marks my 7th day as a read.cash user. Aside from the fact that it is in this site that learnt about bitcoin cash, I am also fascinated with the different articles posted by everybody. Reading ideas, cultures, travels, photography and many other articles or topics that inspire me also to write my own. Something that we can learn to, communicate with, or converse with.
Aside from that, I get TO EARN. Honestly, this is the greatest reason why I join. Who would not want income anyway. Even a little amount of money can't just drop on your wallet but you need to work for it.
It is always a privilege that I am into this site because my BCH ACCOUNT is no longer empty. Ha ha ha and, it is absolutely true.
Inspired more to write new articles.
Keep soaring!
Childhood Memories
Going back to childhood days what was your most memorable memories?
Each and everyone I supposed has many experiences and memories, positive or not to tell.
I would like to share my childhood days. I particularly born, raised and grew at the foot of the mountain in one of the towns in Ifugao. Where, there is no electricity. So our father made a lamp using empty bottle with cover filled with kerosene and a strand of cloth. It is similar to a candle we buy from the grocery. A typical village with few houses. Others were made of nipa hut, and some were made from woods and concrete.
Our house was a small, four cornered-house. It was a 2-bedroom,a small living room and dining kitchen. Our toilet and bathroom are loacted outside. We do not have any appliances. Thus, we cook foods using firewoods. We only have a small radio with battery were my dad hear news and other events happening in the county.
Simple living was our way of life. My mother was a public teacher in a primary school and my father was a politician turned farmer (you can read my article about my father entitled, Fatherly Love).
Growing in an urban area is quiet. When is already dark, it is expected that everyone is home. We sleep early like 7 or 8pm. It is already late when you sleep at night. Then wake up at 6am during school days.
Growing older, my family does not have enough money to buy our family needs. My mom's salary is not enough for a big family like mine as we are 8 siblings. Every end of the month, my mom would go to the grocery in neighbouring town to buy our basic needs. We are already contented when she brought us bread and milk. Sometimes, she buys fish, hotdogs that we enjoy as it is not as often that we eat those.
My childhood days I say was an easy one. No complications. I have a lot of neighbours to play with. We play a lot of traditional games like *shatong, patintero, sungka,* (you can ask Google about them and how to play), Chinese garter, hide and seek, catch me if you can, and many more.
One more we used to do is climbing fruit trees like cotton fruit, pomelo, mango that we enjoy eating under its tree.
Another exciting activity also was we go to our grandmother's farm to get vegetables like string beans, malunggay, sweet potato leaves, and other wild plants that are edible we see there.
But the harder part is me and my siblings pound our rice to remove the rice hulls before cooking them. It takes hours to finish at least 10 kilos
See? Who could say that childhood is boring before. No gadgets, no problem.
We also use to swim in the river while having a picnic. Catch fishes, get vegetables and fruits for our lunch and desert.
Looking back to what I used to play and do before aside from helping our father also in the ricefields while enjoying the mud, cleaning the paddy were all worth it.
If I you can only bring back the olden days to let the generation today experience these will definitely help them know how simple, unique and traditional way of life. Introducing to them what life was before.
I believe there are still urban areas who have the same living as what I experienced but mind you, it is full of happiness and contentment.
Today, almost we are on the process of automatic. Technologies are working for us. Children are into gadgets.
I am looking forward to introduce my son as he grows up where I came from and how I lived my simple, but easy childhood life.
Thank you for your interest in reading.
Share your childhood memories also.
I have been on read.cash for a week or so and I am enjoying as I read a lot of articles withd different stories to tell. But the most is, I am able to fund my BCH account where I can use to invest. It may be a small amount but this will go beyond and farther as I can imagine. Thank you for introducing me to this site. I highly appreciate it and I recommend you to keep writing the best topics you have in mind.
Most Memorable Day
If you are to ask, what is your most memorable day, absolutely everyone has something to share. It could be a college graduation, passing the licensure examination, first day of work, first travel alone or with family, got engaged, ora got married, and so many happenings in life that is so special.
But, for me? I say that the above mentioned were special but the most memorable was when I conceived and gave birth to my son. Bringing him to life is the most cherished dream come true as I am suffering from hormonal imbalance. When I glanced at him for the first time even during when he was still in my tummy through ultrasound, my heart was crying with joy and fulfillment. Even my husband was teary-eyed when he first saw him.
Thanking God for this blessing, we make sure to provide the best care we can, give the love he needed, comforting him always. As he grows older, teaching him the values in life, to be God-fearing that will guide him as he chase his journey.
Raising a son is not easy but a fulfilling one. Watching him grow every single day is a joy that is cherished. Seeing him discover his capabilities is more amazing. He is the apple of my eye as I am loving him every second.
Full of responsibilities, patients, wisdom are needed to be a better parent I supposed. As we may not be the perfect parents we thought we are but we are trying the best way we can to provide the needs he needs in life.
You? What is your most memorable day?
Share it with us.
Thank you for your time reading.
Corn
Corn is one of the most popular staple food we have that grows in different areas all ober the world.
Corn has many varieties in color and I personally have seen color white, yellow, and orange. There might also be other colors that can be seen in other places that I have not encountered yet.
As we all or possibly known or have have seen, corn is made drom different processed food like cereals, crackers, flour and even oil that we use to enjoy and purchase from the groceries or supermarkets. One most popular is the popcorn that can be bought in the streets, in the mall, in the stalls inside the arean when watching live shows, and even in cinemas or theatres.
Personally, I like to eat boiled color white corn as a substitute for the rice because its texture is a bit like rice. I also enjoy eating popcorn while watching movies at home, when I get to travel to the province, or watching sports, and when having fun with my families or friends.
During my childhood and up to now, my family plants corn necause its one of our favourites. We used to dry the corn under the sun then pound them turning into flour. Mixed with milk and sugar...an tadaaaa...our snack for the day, enjoying while it lasts.
Moreover, according to Healthline, corn is composed of many nutritional facts and as follows:
It is composed of carbohydrates
It contains fiber
It is a source of protein
It also contains oil, used in cooking
It contains vitamins and minerals
It is also an antioxidant.
As I learnt that corn has many benefits, it is a blessing that we used to eat corn before. It might be one or the other reasosns that we do not easily get sick. Thanks to other fruits and vegetables we absolutely eat and mentioning this corn.
Let us include planting corn in our backyard aside from any other nutritious vegetables, plants, fruits we have. It is also beneficial for our body.
Pandemic: an insight
Pandemic is defined as an epidemic that occurs over a wide area, crossing international boundaries, and usually affects a large number of people. (Porta 2014l
It has been months now that we are experiencing this pandemic brought about by the virus called Covid-19. It has devastated the life of almost many, has greatly affected the businesses; big and small, health, lifestyle, income of most all over the world.
I would like to share my insights, observations, heard and seen over the television and media platforms, and our new normal practices during this crisis.
1. When the outbreak of the virus was disclosed in our country, my family became scared especially as we watch the television reporting positive cases increasing suddenly. We are scared to go the groceries to buy our food and necessities.
When our country was placed on community quarantine everyone panicked thus rushing to supermarkets, groceries stores to buy essentials and food to store for the coming days.
2. As we are placed on quarantine, this become and may say one of the best days of our lives as family because we get to see and bond every single day. We are able to discover our different sides and ways, may it be talent and skill, attitudes and differences. Making sure also that we communicate with our other family members who are in the provinces. And, looking forward to everyday of for us to bond as we cook our favourite meal, watch movies and play games.
3. As a member of the family goes to the grocery to buy food and essentials, it has become our practice to wash and sanitize everything outside before bringing them in. One thing, even money is being washed and dried. Sanitize door knobs, switches, remotes, gates. It may be vain but it has become a new normal in doing these things every now and then.
4. I also read and seen the photos of the mountains that is more green and bright that were not seen before due to air pollution. Water from the sea also becomes clearer.
Moreover, the sky is clearer and the air is a bit better compared to the past years. We can now sip our coffee in front our house in the morning than we used to as the wind is fresh and a little bit cold.
Lastly, this pandemic is one of the challenges we are experiencing and I believe that we are able to learn from it, become conscious of our health. That we learn to appreciate small things, spending more time with our loved ones. That we realixe the values it entails.
This pandemic devastated our lives but when we rise as one we can conquer, prosper and steadfast beyond our expectations.
I pray that our land will be healed, as we stand anew, learnt, stronger, and fruitful.
Would like to thank a member here on earn.cash for upvoting my article, A fatherly Love. It is with much appreciation that I am more inspired to write something I/we can learn to.
Fatherly Love
Father's day is fast approaching. Have you prepared something for him? I believe there are things in your creative mind planning on what to present. Might be a cake? Cook his favourite food? Give him a present? Treat him to his fave restaurant or spa? Give him new haircut? Make a simple card?, or so on.
In my case, my dad is in our province so I cannot do any of the questions I mentioned. I will just ring his phone and greet him a happy father's day. Well, it is sad because I cannot visit our place due to pandemic.
Anyway, my father was a politician before. He once an accomplished barangay captain and became one if the counsilors in our town once. He wrote and passed some of the bills before but I have no knowledge as to what were those for I was just a kid before. However, things did not come the way he perceived. He lost many times and never got the chance to sit again. Well, because he has this vise called *hard alcohol drinker,* as I say. The time he is drunk, he becomes boastful. His friends, colleagues, neighbours dislike his behaviour especially when they attended an accasion like a wedding where they come home drunk. My family hears a lot of stories my dad said when he is drunk and it pains us but its true. He destroyed his own reputation thus, his accomplishments becomes nothing.
He was then advised to stop into politics and focus on to his family, so he did. My mom was a teacher so our dad became a homemaker. He takes care of me and my siblings by bathing, cooks food, washes our clothes, cleans our home, feed our animals, and so on. He became sweet and caring to his family so much. I remember when we ask him money he does not ask questions what to buy but when we ask our mom, there are a lot of questions before handing it to us. Our favorite bonding with our dad was when he recreates dishes into something that makes us eat the food. He always make sure also that when we have visitors, he prepares better meals and reserve something for us. He buys us medicine and vitamins. Bring us to a doctor when we get sick.
When me and my siblings now started school, he went into farming. He plants rice in a small parcel of land his parents gave him when he got married. He even planted fruit trees that we are always looking forward to every time we go home to taste its sweetness.
Remembering our college years when he sends us sacks of rice, box of vegetables, and a kilo of our favourite dried fish called *tuyo every month.*
Growing up, I saw how good hearted my dad is despite the fact that he is still a hard-drinker. When our relatives come to him asking for help, money or in kind, he sees to it and tries his best to offer what he can.
My dad has many positive traits that I believe we learned a lot from him. As we are also practicing up to now that we have our own families. He instilled to us not to steal and always be honest. Be contented with what we have. The values he taught us remained in our hearts that we can share to our children. One important thing he taught as is to always pray. Even my mom also who instilled to us that prayer is powerful. And that, we are living on it everyday.
I am missing my dad so much. Communicating with him through phone is not enough as I have not seen him for months now. That I miss him so.
He is now in his senior years but he still has the strength for farming is his life. His animals as well, chicken and ducks.
Sharing it with you because I am proud that he is my daddy; and, I and my siblings my siblings, together with families love him so much. 💙
Thank you for your time.
P. S. **Happy Father's Day to all daddy/father/papa out there.**

My poem: A Flower
Staring at you everyday
Brightens up my day.
Waiting for you to grow
Makes me eager hydrate you slow.
Everyday is a brand new
Seeing you it feels anew
So exciting as you start to bloom
Looking forward makes me move.

Papaya: its use and benefits
Plants play a vital role on earth as they produce oxygen needed by every living things. They also absorb carbon dioxide human exhaled and from other pollutants that produce carbon dioxide.
Plants be it a tree, flowers, fruit trees, vegetables, wild plants, grasses and other kinds of plants seen everywhere are very important to humans. They are use to build shelters, medicines, businesses, food, and so on.
One fruit plant that has many use and benefits is papaya. It is an antioxidant that helps skin look young, that is why, it is used as a major ingredients in making whitening lotion.
Aside from that, it is believed to fight diseases and reduce inflammation once eaten. It is a common desert after eating when ripe, it can also be added in making salad. Unwripe can be an ingredient in cooking soup like *chicken-tinola*.
Blessed with the different plants belonged to earth, it is a must that should be taken good care of.
Finally, plant papaya in the backyard as it can easily grow in a tropical area like in the Philippines. With this, no longer necessary to buy from the market, hence, helps save little penny.
